We were politely greeted by the staff. I had a couple of maintenance issues, but the maintenance staff came and handled it immediately. No problems. The hotel was clean. The location was perfect because there is a store and shopping center right across the street. Also, it was not too far from the strip, but far enough to get away from the crowd.
Was a great property overall. Resort was short staffed, some pools and 2 waterslides were closed. The booking said we were a 5 min drive from the strip. We were at least 15 mins away with no traffic.
We have stayed here over the years due to the customer service and the staff. And they continue to do an outstanding job of making you feel safe and comfortable. The only thing that would make this place better would be an update. The entire room still looks exactly the same from 10 years ago and the furniture feels smells like it.
The house keeping staff is doing their best with what they have but- definitely need some help with an update.
The front desk staff especially Sheena and her team were amazing! We look for To the next time we are there.

Not many amenities or things to do at hotel. As soon as you check in they try and get you into timeshares which was super annoying and inconsiderate after we said no four times and they kept pushing. Rooms were nice. Most pools were closed. If you want fun on the property, stay somewhere else

Our stay was ok. Had to wait for bedding for pull-out and it came with twin suze comforter and only one pillow. The kitchen sink was exposed with no drawers. It was nice having 2 bathrooms. The kids enjoyed the ping ball tables and pool with slides.

There was construction during the stay but no noise. Some of the dishes in the kitchen were dirty

This is my second time staying here at this property. Overall, this is a beautiful place, quiet atmosphere, good insulation, and their customer service top notch.

We stayed in the king deluxe suite with a pool view which had it's very own spa on the balcony. The spa didn't work and we had to have matainance come out and it took them two hrs to repair it. We also had to have matainance come out because the door to the guest bedroom (between the bedroom and bathroom) come out to repair it because it was broken and wouldn't slide. They were unable to fix the door, so we couldn't shut the bathroom door which made it totally inconvenient for my teenage children to use privately. Other than that the stay was nice.

I would rate this hotel 1 star. I would never recommend it to other guests. They charge a resort fee that I was never told about that is quite expensive. Quite rich considering half of the services the fee is supposed to cover was out to maintenance including the main pool, 2 slides, bbq areas, spas.
Also on multiple occasions we called for support from front desk and repeatedly told they would send it up only to never do it or come knocking in the middle of the night. On 2 occasions we asked for our room to be cleaned this was also not done.

Property was nice and clean and mostly up to date. Could use a little paint and maybe upgraded stoves .
The staff were amazing! Extremely helpful, friendly and informative. I relied on Patricia in a time of need and she was a huge help.
We will definitely continue to stay at the Cancun in the future.

If you’re expecting the same level of service as a full scale Hilton Hotel it falls short. When there the pool was undergoing renovations which really didn’t matter as it was cold but just was a bit unsightly. Furniture in room was a bit worn. Unit had a kitchen but only a frying pan to cook with. One of the toilets in the room ran all night long, was a smoke alarm just dangling from the ceiling. I’d stay again as it was quiet and the room large. Just don’t expect something luxurious by any means.
