I was very disappointed with the management response at this location. We had a electrical shortage in the room that created a spark and ruined a necklace next to the outlet. I had to attempt to contact management 3 times before getting a response. We still haven't resolved the issue after checking out. We also could not leave our windows or balcony door open because of so many guests smoking weed and making our room smell like it. The front pool was often closed due to lack of staff. Overall a disappointing visit.

This is a really great place if you’re traveling with family! It is a 10-15min drive to the strip but other than that the resort is so cute and suites are spacious!

We really liked easy check in, full kitchen, convenience, and friendly staff. We didn’t like that it was noisy 24 hours per day, a little outdated, and the toilet in bathroom ran the whole time.

Great place to stay. Only problem was i phoned for bedding for the pull out couch to put my kids to bed at 7:30pm and did not recoeve it untill 12:20am despite me calling down several times.

Felt clean and new. Very comfortable and spacious. The only complaint was the full pool was not open and the cafe food was terrible.

Everything was great, the property was a little dated my only complaint was that I’m pretty sure our mattress was from the grand opening of the property. It was bowing in the middle as if a 400 pound person had been sleeping in it for the past month. In the end I would recommend for larger parties without hesitation.

There is no ventilation in the rooms. I could smell what other people were cooking and it would linger. Also, you can hear people in the other rooms.

Overall good stay. The front desk wasn't super friendly when we checked in. But the room was mostly nice. The showers in both rooms still had a lot of random hair from other people before us. It's nice to have a kitchen in the room and the bed was comfy.

This property has a fair mix of pros and cons. Pros: Clean, safe, family friendly, extremely quiet, spacious rooms, fun pool area, close enough to the strip to be convenient, far enough away to be calm and quiet. Cons: This property doesn't seem to be managed well at all. Certainly not to typical Hilton standards. My family came for the pools and waterslides. I called prior to making my reservation to ensure that the pools and slides would be open. Upon arrival this was not the case. Only 1 of the 8 days of our stay were all the slides in operation. Most of the days none of the slides were open or they would be open briefly and then abruptly close. We were told this was due to "staffing issues." Since the waterslides were the entire reason we chose this hotel, this was extremely disappointing. With an 8 day stay you only get room cleaning one time. This quickly became a nuisance as trash piled up and we ran out of consumables like toilet paper and coffee. When housekeeping did service the room they did not clean anything, only made the bed and brought fresh towels. The housekeeper took all the linens off the sofa bed my kids were sleeping on and then did not replace them. We got home late to no place for the kids to sleep! It took 4 interactions with the front desk over a 2 hour period to get sheets for that bed. It was after midnight by the time my kids were able to get to sleep. One toilet ran constantly and the thermostat didn't work at all. I expected more from Hilton.

This property had everything we wanted but we were disappointed that pools and slides were closed during our stay. Our room was not ready for check in until 6:30pm (it should be ready at 4 and we arrived around 5:25). We had our dinner in the car and had to wait. We would return but hope to have a fuller experience next time.

Great place to stay if you are looking for something of more a condo style accommodation. However, we booked this accommodation for the water slides which were closed most of the time due to staffing. The rugs in the halls were not clean. The unit was clean. Only one garbage bag provided. One day of housekeeping provided during our one week stay and the only thing they did was give us clean towels. $20 cab ride to mandalay bay. Ok if you have a car to get around. There is a grocery store across the street.

We really enjoyed staying here. We had a unit that was newly renovated. Our only complaint was the slides were only open 6 hours a day and only 2 slides at a time. Half the pool was also closed the entire time and they limited the pool hours for the portion that was open. They said they’ve been short staffed. A little disappointing when the pool is why we came.

Despite booking more than one month in advance, when we got there, there were no rooms available. Had to wait more than 2 hrs for a room and hotel did not comp anything for thw inconvenience. Various notifacations were sent letting me know that the pool was going to be open by March 18th, but half of the pool, the best part, was closed all 4 days we were there. I also dont appreciate them pushing to attend one of their membership meetings. They kept calling and calling the room as soon as they knew we were there. If I wanted to be a member, I would have attended on my own.

The property was clean and the rooms were too. It was nice to have a full kitchen. There was inadequate staffing of lifeguards at the pools which resulted in some of the pools to be closed. We brought 14 grandkids and their parents for Spring break just for the pools and slides at this property. Staff were helpful and friendly. Elevators we slow and at least one in our building was closed while we were there.

Loved that it was away from the strip, but very accessible to get to the strip. It was so nice. I didn't know that our room was a whole apartment including stove and dishwasher and dishes. Also had access to a washer and dryer. The only thing we would complain about was that the pool closed earlier than expected.

I was kind of worried to stay here after reading some of the reviews on yelp. I was pleasantly surprised how nice and big the rooms were. Also people complained about time share pressures, but we were never approached by anything to do a timeshares. Luckily. I will definitely stay here again.

Awesome suites. Had a 2 bedroom suite saved money on eating out all the time by using the full kitchen and grocery shopping for our lunches and quick meals. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Was a wonderful experience. The only complaint we had were the laundry situation. Everything was included and provided but only one washer, one dryer for every floor of the building. You can imagine there’s a lot of people trying to wash clothes at the same time so that was not convenient. But we made it work. Other than that the staff was amenities were amazing.

This property is not like any of the other Hilton Vacation Club locations we have stayed out. Very outdated buildings, toilet handles have to be held down to flush properly, rooms are not at all sound proof and very noisy throughout the day and night, nice to have a tiny kitchen and little dining area though. The pool area is very nice though - best part of the property though having to hunt for gates is inconvenient and towels at only one location is a pain for someone with mobility issues. Restaurant closed at 6pm on a Saturday night which seems silly for a restaurant that offers a dinner menu. Needs an overhaul or to be part of a different hotel chain so those who’ve experienced the nicer properties in the Vacation Club series won’t be disappointed. It was average at best but we had hoped for better.

Staff was friendly and the location is good for families. They kept parts of the pool open and heated regardless of weather which was nice for the kids. There was garbage left in the room from a previous guest. We received several calls a day trying to get us to sign up for a vacation package. There were constant groups walking through on promotional tours. Definitely took away the relaxing vacation aspect. Would recommend for families.

Overall good stay. The rooms were nice and spacious. Really wish the pool was actually heated like advertised- it was freezing even our kids who don’t usually mind cold water wouldn’t swim. Also there was clearly copious amounts of weed being smoked around the property. Our hallway and eventually our room smelt terrible.
