We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit. The unit was very spacious and nice. The only issue was the water condensation on the windows. They were mostly wet the whole time. Not sure if that was due to extreme hot weather outside and AC inside the unit. The views were lovely and the balcony was quite large to sit outside and enjoy the views.
The check in and check out was easy and the staff very helpful. The property was very central, clean and comfortable. My one bedroom unit overlooked the water
and was very well maintained; the kitchen contained all the
needed utensils etc and there was a washing machine and dryer.

Property was lovely and clean, harbour views were fantastic and the reception staff went above and beyond when our arriving flights were cancelled delaying our stay by 48 hours. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We never ended up staying at the apartments. We called ahead for a late check in but were left the wrong key cards and would not work for the apartment that was reserved for us. The cards had a different room number on them so we thought that maybe it was the paperwork that was wrong. Guess what? The cards did work on the other apartment but I’m sure the guy we woke up at 1:00 in the morning wished they hadn’t. With no desk and no after hours phone number to call, we had to walk across the street and book our stay at the Hilton (they were great by the way). We also never heard from the property management afterwards, not even to apologize.

We apologised unreservedly and issued a refund immediately. We are a small business and unfortunately mistakes do happen.We are so sorry your experience was a bad one.
The location is good, close to the Reef Fleet Terminal, Esplanade Lagoon, and restaurants. Although check-in front desk is at another location, the staff are nice and helpful. We had problem with the wifi the second day, but was fixed when reported right away. We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment.

Great location as all tours leave from Wharf right next to hotel. Checking in was awful because I could not find it. Check-in at a storefront near corner of Esplanade that sells tours. It does not show on google. Hotel itself is one block away on Waterfront :Cairns Harborfront"
The room was very clean and modern. Great service initially however, the air conditioning in the room didn’t work at all. Day one we thought it was just a matter of being off and the room being closed up. Day two it was like a sauna when we returned to the room late. We reported the issue at 8:30 once they opened and returned to our room at 2:30pm to what felt like a sauna again. We ended up opening the main door to the hallway to allow cooler air into the room with people walking by. At 3:15pm, we called again to check when a Refrigeration Company might be coming and was told soon. By 6pm we had to leave and sit at the Lagoon due to the heat in the room. We tried sleeping with the balcony door open but the restaurant noise below was loud with it open and it was still with no beeeze. We checked out on day 3 with no updates, not a phone call or even a discussion on a refund of some sort. Return to Cairns in a week and refuse to stay here again. If the aircon issue didn’t happen or we received correspondence from them we would have returned. Really poor service around the issue. Incredibly disappointed and the heat whilst in the room without fans etc caused angst and frustration between us trying to keep cool and sleep. We averaged 3 hours each night due to the heat.

The apartment was fantastic both in terms of the apartment itself and the location. The apartment was a really good size and was very well equipped. Being right on the harbour was central for everything we wanted to do. Great restaurants within walking distance. Can’t fault it……would definitely recommend.

Location was excellent, facilities and unit provided everything as advertised. Beds very comfortable.
Reception for our Unit, (once we located it - due to us not reading instructions carefully) were very helpful and polite, building reception not so polite. Great location and great unit to watch the day go by.

A perfect place to unwind after a stressful time packing up a 4 bedroom house for settlement of sale. Staying at this apartment overlooking the inlet, mountains and boats was so relaxing. The restaurants on the boardwalk below are ‘white noise’ in the scheme of things though one boat in the Harbour (not sure if it’s tourist oriented) felt the need to serenade the complex with its choice of music come 7am on a Sunday when all you want to do is listen to the water lapping under the boardwalk. My 1 bedroom apartment was well appointed and clean though ‘tired’ in some areas. The view from the complex’s pool is great though the pool itself is a disappointment at only 1.2 metres deep. I’m very pleased with my choice to stay at Harbour Lights Cairns.

Complex had Location, Location, Location. Very handy to Esplanade and The Pier. No traffic noise due to waterfront location. Fridge kept freezing contents. Otherwise a perfect spot. Would stay again,

The view was great, over the inlet. The apartment was a good size and it was very quiet indeed throughout our stay. The location was really good, especially to the pier and restaurants. The directions provided to get to the lifts were confusing as the floor levels and the lift access door were unmarked. I'm happy to rewrite those on request to help others - a helpful resident showed us the way. The air con. was so noisy we often turned it off. I am convinced that this would be solved simply and cheaply by replacing the filter with a better one. Also, we are not fans of the bathroom setup: not private enough.

Was a really nice and clean 2 bedroom apartment, right in the middle of where you want to be.
Great views over the harbour and hills too, which was nice of a morning and afternoon.

If you get a north/west facing room like we did you'll have the best views of any hotel in Cairns in my opinion. The room looks across the parks, esplanade and the mountains in the distance plus has an amazing view of the ocean, harbor & mariner as well. We were on LV8. The check in was a bit weird. Lost 45 mins waiting my turn in the shop/booking agency. They don't seem to have a system to differentiate between shop customers and Hotel Stayers. That aside an amazing experience.
Great location! Walking distance for all our holiday requirements- restaurants, marina, shopping. We stayed a week and had our towels and rubbish removed twice. Would certainly recommend as a great place to stay!
