1. Claimed EV charging available, but there was none. 2. Had to walk through entire hotel & casino to check in, then walk all the way back to Forum tower - how silly. 3. Live band at bar was great. 4. Had view of Detroit, but windows were very dirty outside.

This property is under renovations outside therefore it was very confusing to find the parking and the front doors to the lobby.

Caesars Windsor is a great hotel. I have stayed quite a few times. The rooms are clean and quiet. The check in staff are pleasant and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this hotel.

The check in process was very easy, and the ladies were very friendly. Opposite opinion of the ladies to check this out, they were crabby as heck.

Good stay. Employees pleasant and helpful. For prices, the rooms could be nicer. Electrical switch covers falling off, lights not working properly and flickering in room. Otherwise good stay.

The convenience to the casino is key and options for dining (late night) was great! The hotel itself was a standard hotel experience - nothing over the top or anything that made it stand out other than the convenience of walking out of your hotel room directly to the casino floor.

They need to make check in better. Instead of walking across the casino to check in and then walking back across the casino to get your room. And better parking

The wifi did not work in the room, long line ups to check in or to speak to anyone at the desk, and no one answered the phone if you called the desk. No room service available, breakfast not available until 8 am at the restaurant. Walls thin so conversations in the adjacent room could be heard, as well as everything else.

Didn’t care for the long trek from parking garage to reception desk..no cream/ milk or sugar in room for coffe😟 Asked ( by email) sent to property for late check out at 12pm ,was told ok yet maid was knocking on door at 10:15 as her shift was ending and wanted to replenish our linens? Note posted in rooms says 3 days before changing linens, towels unless asked otherwise… Beds at Doubletree much more comfortable..Will walk to casino from there next time.

My stay as far as sights was good, Price is right was an amazing experience, and Ariius was an entertaining scene. My only complaint would be the only night me and my wife actually tried to enjoy our room. Some idiot decided to break pictures in the hallway and fight with who ever he invited to his room. And after dealing with the loudness of him the staff came in the middle of the night and was loud with the cleaning of the glass. Destroyed our chances of a good night sleep before we had to head back out in the morning.

Wonderful service and staff. Alot of entrances we not available which made it difficult for smokers who did not want to be crowded in a smoking section within the casino... which was our choice we still walked ... just slightly inconvenient.
