We always want to improve and grant our guests a great stay! Cleanliness is also a main point and we apologise that it was not meeting our standards. Regarding the bugs, honestly we are regularly checking our rooms, if there is one it is plausible that it is a bug. There are little beetles coming from the garden sometimes, I know, in a hotel you certainly are more sensitive to that - but I can assure you, it most certainly is this kind of bug we also sometimes see. When you see it you firstly feel alarmed - us too, so we clearly check it every time. Still, we will definetely will deep-clean and check the room to be sure, as safety and well-being is our top-priority.
