Gross sheets and towels, all stained or stiff. Could barely sleep. Smoke detector next door beeping all night. Woke up with bug bites on my arms and ankles. Rebooked at another hotel my second night in town, but even just sleeping in my car would have been preferable. Recommend avoiding this place.
Horrible property. DO NOT STAY. Our room had dry blood in the bed, puke in the bathtub and staff was super unfriendly and unaccommodating. Plus they require a cash deposit to stay and aren’t willing to give it back even when the room perfect when we left. STAY AWAY
I ended up canceling this stay, the front lobby was awful so run down there want even a handle for the door. The owner had a sign saying you would be charged $50-$250 cash deposit they would be returned after your room was inspected at checkout. I did not have cash, there was no atm and we had to be at the airport at 4am, seriously doubt they would want to inspect my room at 3:30am. I would never suggest this place to anybody. Safety and security where greatly lacking
Maybe the worst place I have stayed. The door was faulty, the air was musty and the furniture didn't seem clean All the towels were stained, The bed didn;t seem fresh.

Upon arriving after booking on Expedia a day or so prior, I was notified that the only rooms available were smoking rooms. Which was pretty shocking since I did not book a smoking room. Then I was told I could only pay for the deposit with cash. I walked out and found something worth my time.
Well I wasn't informed about the fifty dollar cash deposit when I booked. Then finally got into the room and the heater quit blowing hot. The carpet was soaking wet from the wall to the other room all the way across my room. You need to inform everyone on the booking page about that cash deposit! Not in the fine print. They wouldn't let me use my card for it and that was a MAJOR problem.
Dirty, un-maintained, roaches even in my bed, t-bar ceiling in bathroom rusted,staind, gross. This place doesn't even try! Broken hardware on entry door. Staff was ok but be warned "stay away".
The heat didnt work in my room so I had a hard time trying to sleep. At 4:10am the smoke detector started beeping and woke me. I went downstairs to tell the counter receptionist. He informed me that the battery was going dead. He instrmento go back to my room and disconnect it. When I went back to the room and disconnected the smoke detector roaches came pouring out of it and the wall. Gross. I immediately grasped my things and left. When I informed the receptionist of the discovery he was passive, almost upset that I brought it up. I also alerted him of the broken heater in the room. He said he would inform the boss in the morning.
Walked in the doors, no one at the desk after I called for someone 3 times, I left...The front office was disgusting and I could only imagine what the rooms looked like..
The office reeked of pot smoke..

Door was broken, tub had hair in it, bugs in the bathroom, ceiling tiles caving in the bathroom, $50 cash deposit required but ATM broken. They refuse to refund my money for cancellation of my second night.
Half of the bathroom door of room 216 was missing. I know I was cutting cost by staying there but I will stay at the best western across the freeway next time.
There were bugs and cockroaches in our room. We kept all our belongings in our car, and ran the next morning. There were also a lot of homeless around. I would not recommend this property to anyone!
There was absolutely no service. According to management, they don’t have enough towels. So if you do t turn your towels in to be washed, you will not have towels for the evening. Also housekeeping only worked from 10-3. So if you weren’t there, you were out of luck.
Very very dirty and poorly maintained property. Only stay here if you are roughing it and literally have no other choice. Bathroom door was literally falling off the hinges. Housing keeping came once over the span of a week. Roaches and bugs everywhere. Do not recommend.

I am rating this hotel for what it is…an inexpensive hotel! I see these terrible ratings and most of the things I have read go for most mid to low-end hotels. It is not in the best area..so stay in after dark. If any crazy stuff happens, call the pd. If you would like me to recommend a couple really great hotels, I would be happy to. You will just need about 250 more dollars. $200 for the hotel and my $50 tip. Lol. Bottom line… if you want a decent place to rest your head for the night.. you found it! If you want a place to stay where you find everything wrong that you can… this is not your place. Oh… and be nice to the staff. They reciprocate how they are treated! Think about that! People act towards you how they see you act towards them! So be nice!!

I had a booking through Expedia and the guy at the front desk (owner) kept telling me he had no book for a Dave M——. I showed him my confirmation # “no no booking under that name”. So he says he has a room for $20 more. I persisted about my reservation. Finally he asks me to spell my name and because my license says “David” rather than “Dave” he wasn’t going to accept that name difference from Expedia to my drivers license. The owner is a total assh*le don’t stay here unless you feel like strangling someone.
No shower curtain, cigarette burns all over and we found blood under out sheet that was under the one we slept on.
Drug infested crap hole is all this hotel is.

THEY NEVER HAVE HOUSEKEEPING DAILY! THERE ARE ROACHES, THIER CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!! MY BROTHER HAS BEEN STAYING FOR ALMOST A MONTH AND HE HASNT HAD CLEAN BEDDING OR TOILETRIES SINCE HES BEEN HERE!! ALSO THEY REFUSE TO FIX THE BATHROOM LIGHT SO WE HAVE BEEN SHOWERING IN THE DARK!!!!

If you long for an experience worst then living at the county dump then this is the place. Must pay in full at booking then when arrive they want $100 cash deposit.

This place is a complete poop hole. Holes in the walls, holes in ceiling, roaches on the walls, carpet stuck to your feet. Linen had blood stains on it. Avoid this place at all cost. Staff was rude as well and absolutely no help. There was no other options in the area due to Rocklahoma venue.I have pictures for proof.

This pace looked nothing like in the picture there was no shower curtain and the tv was smashed in the was holes in the walls and stab marks on the bathroom door this is a really bad place to stay there was crackheads all over the place and one was trying to look in my window would never stay there again I checked out after one night and lost my money I paid for a week don’t stay here

No Tv emote, no toilet paper, no garbage can, no coffee maker, no light bulb in bathroom, no coffee in lobby. 50 CASH deposit required, had to wait on inspection next morning before cash was returned. Roaches seen. Picture proof is available

They couldn’t find my reservation and then they had to make up a room. Find me a room then they wanted a $50 extra cash deposit that I was unaware of. They did have a sign that said a pond inspection of your room after you while you’re still there checking out you will get your $50 back what we did is we took all the trash out. We made sure everything was picked up. The only thing that was left that we didn’t do was make the dirty bed and fold the dirty towels all the trash, and everything was taken out. It was like it was expected of us. Um, I don’t think I’ll be returning to that particular hotel or that particular franchise or whatever it’s called. This is the second year in a row. I’ve stayed at one of those hotels home. This one was in a little bit nicer neighborhood and a little bit cleaner because we didn’t have people off the street coming in setting off fire alarms and defecating in the stairwell so I will be looking at in another hotel franchise if I go back to Tulsa next year.
