Great Location for shopping and dinning
I have to stay 4 nights at this hotel, everyday i just a little bit walk to harbor plaza shopping mall for dinning but this hotel far from MTR about 20 minutes by walking Short time and easy for check in and check out staff is helpful I will stay here again when i back to travel Hongkong.

Great location, excellent service. The room is bigger than average room size in Hong Kong. Free Wifi is a plus. Very convenient for shopping lovers.

This hotel is in a very convenient spot for walking to public transport and the harbor front for the ferries. You can tap a credit card to pay the fare. Hotel staff is incredibly helpful and cheerful. The concierge, Joe Tam, went out of his way to give us detailed directions , and seemed genuinely happy to see us return from our adventures lol. Room was immaculately clean, large and well appointed .

Imagine staying at a hotel where both bed and pillow are old and uncomfortable. The bed sunk in the middle. Ask housekeeping who said is bcos guests sit in the middle of the bed thats why the bed sag in centre.

Good chain in a great shopping area of TST
Buffet breakfast adequate with many juices, hot drinks, fruits, salads and congee. The concierge service was excellent too. China ferry a 3-minute walk from the hotel, across a big Apple Store and many cosmetic and luxury brands.

The location is super convenient. Near the ferry pier and mtr station. It is a part of the Harbor city shopping mall and there are so many luxury shops. The breakfast buffet was a nice blanding of asian and western foods and service was excellent. Special thanks to Fran and Isabella!!!

Spacious room
Very spacious room. The curtain doesn’t cover the window totally and since they have a mirror nearby, the sunlight reflects the sun causing even more light during daytime.

Club lounge was very good. But it open in afternoon. I could not eat breakfast in club lounge. So, we have to go 3rd floor restaurant. Restaurant service was not good. Too many staff. Almost staff were young, I did not feel hospitality. I do not want to stay this hotel. I recommend Marco Polo Hongkong or Gateway.
