Everything you need is hopefully at your fingertips whenever you want it. Please be informed that we already sent out the cancellation request to credit card centre on your check-out date, and it normally takes around 7-21 days to process the cancellation depending on your bank. Kindly contact your bank for further assistant regarding the release of the authorization. It will be our pleasure to welcome you back in the near future.
