"Loved everything about this hotel. We stayed for 2 nights and from check-in to check-out everything was perfect. Andrea at reception was very kind and answered any all questions we had. Lunch, dinner and breakfast was delicious and the staff was very attentive. The room was beautiful with an amazing view of the lake. "Booked this property last minute for three nights to do a bit of late-season skiing. The location is ideal - central Flachau for the bars and restaurants and a few minutes walk to the ski lift. A particular benefit was the wellness area - pool, three different saunas, and a lovely warm and quiet relaxation area to chill after a day on the slopes. "

"This hotel is in a very beautiful area. Our room had a beautiful view of the lake and surrounding mountains and the room was beautifully decorated and very spacious. The breakfast buffet was great and included in our stay. There was only one restaurant on site and you pretty much had to get everything from the restaurant such as any snacks, wine, etc. That would be my only knock on the hotel. It would have been nice to have a little market nearby on the property or at least a vending machine. Otherwise, we have no complaints whatsoever. Great place."
