เริ่มตั้งแต่ทางเข้าประตู เดินมาเปิดประตูให้ เสริฟน้ำ แนะนำที่เที่ยวที่กิน นี่นึกว่าโรงแรมห้าดาว โรงแรมรูปแบบสวย มีมุมสบายๆเยอะ คาเฟ่กาแฟอร่อย มุมดีๆมากมาย ห้องสอาด ดีงามหมดทุกอย่างจริงๆ ถ้าไปอีกไปพักอีกแน่นอนค่ะ

Girl at the front desk is above and beyond. Probably one of the best service I've ever got. And the hotel and the cafe downstairs are beautiful. Made us wanna stay longer!

必须特别说一下，服务真的非常贴心。check in的时候就详细问清楚了之后的航班或者出行安排，当时就替我订好了taxi，然后给了我一份周边的地图。welcome drink也非常好喝。 和图片里看到的一样，是美式工业风的酒店，实际比图片里更有冰冷感，和贴心的服务很有反差萌。我觉得我是不容易被装修影响情绪的人，但是这个装修还是让我觉得心里空荡荡的，敏感的朋友请考虑一下。 春节的时候旁边正在举办庙会，因为合艾的华人比较多，春节氛围浓厚，甚至还有京剧戏台，当然歌舞晚会也必不可少，非常热闹。也就是从这一段开始到李花园酒店，一路上全是吃的，我真的从没见过这么长距离的夜市。合艾真的太让我喜欢了。

Perfect for one night stay
Modern and brand new, spacious rooms, well equipped (only missed the kettle in the room to make coffee), quality air condition, good service. Not on the main street, however, still a bit noisy at night. Would recommend to introduce breakfast option as part of booking.

Definitely Coming Back Again
Friendly and sincere hospitality. Also really appreciate the time and effort taken to describe the places to visit on the map. You definitely need to eat at the dimsum and fish stores 3min away. They aren't reviewed on the internet, and we won't have gone there if the staff didn't recommend. They were so good that we back there twice in our short stay.

Fantastic stay. Highly recommended!
This is a really great boutique hotel with a cool modern industrial design. I loved it. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The small cafe is nice and the coffee was delicious. Best of all is the staff. They were some of the sweetest, kindest people I encountered on my trip. They offered to help me with everything including my onward travel arrangements. I would highly recommend this hotel and will stay again if ever in Hat Yai. The positive reviews and high score that it has are well deserved. Thank you!

A great honeymoon!

Super Hotel design a Hatyai, on a fait une pause dans cette hôtel pendant notre voyage Malaisie / Thaïlande et ont a été agréablement surpris. Hotel moderne style loft, la chambre est spacieuse, lit très confortable, wifi marche parfaitement. Les filles a la réception sont très gentils,on est reçu avec une délicieuse boisson thaï et de lingettes humides, elles expliquent les restos proches ( Un super merci a la super réceptionniste qui apporté notre lourde valise dans notre chambre) . Je conseil cette hôtel.

Rooftop room N7 has a pump installed above ceiling of room. Pump start and shut every few minutes, loud and disturbing. Unable to sleep. Woke me up during my sleep. Complained to receptionist to cancel a second night paid if room cannot be changed. Main downside of my stay because of this annoying noise. Management must resolve this issue for a paying guest.

Impressive! Good location , wonderful hospitality by June at the reception who not only gave us a colored map on thr locals and popular eating joints, she even personallly brought us right to our room, told us about the non chargeable beverages in the fridge. Love the personalised printed welcome note kn the bed. What a wonderful experience. Truly a league of their own. We've stayed in more expensive hotel in Hatyai and none like this

Really beautiful boutique hotel in Hatyai. Luxuary at the most affordable price. Only 8 rooms available so don’t forget to book early. Not the best of location but you can definitely grab or tuk tuk anywhere! Its like 5-10 drive everywhere. There are nearby night street food and local food about 5-10mins walk too. The staffs are so welcoming and always so nice. The welcome drink is great. I will definitely be back and stay here again when I am in Hat yai.

The gracious hospitality of Thailand.
My wife and I are frequent travellers. It is rare we have a hotel experience that compels us to feel we must return. This was how we felt after spending 4 nights at the La Pause, Hat Yai. The hotel building itself was well designed and unique, but it was the staff who made the stay special. They were not just friendly and helpful, they were proactive in wanting our stay in Hat Yai to be an enjoyable one. We will definitely return to La Pause soon.

Friendly staffs and nice environment
The staffs are really very friendly and welcoming. Explained every details to us and also guided us on places around the areas with a map for our reference. Answered to all our questions and assisted us when we need help. They are always carrying a smile on their face which makes us feels at home. A really good stay and will definitely wants to visit again.

Warm treatment from the staff
The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. Served welcoming drinks & cold towel once arrived. They explained to us clearly what's around the area (they even provide us their map and address in Thai which makes it much more convenience to Tuk Tuk driver). Nice modern interior design, comfort bed and wide range of TV channels. However, its quite far from Lee Garden (about 20 mins walk) and just a little noisy at times (noises of motor vehicle). Also, sound proofing in the bath needs to be improved.

Nice design, friendly staff and great location
Wonderful stay although it was just a 2D1N stay. The hotel looks pretty amazing and exactly like the photo we had seen on Expedia. I would say, the hotel is an Insta-worthy spot! Also, the staff is very friendly, he even provided us a map and recommended us some nice food nearby to the hotel (all walking distance). Definitely will stay in this hotel again if I visit Hatyai again.

Cosy place with reasonable price
I had a wonderful stayed in La pause. I wil definitely come back to stay again in La pause and I will recommend my friends to stay here. They really treat their customer in a very polite way. They are able to help client to get a great deal for tuk tuk/taxi to the destination u wan. The hotel is 15min walkin distance to city but it is better than those hotel in Lee garden area which is old and messy. This hotel has a lovely cafe, where you can spend your free time enjoy a coffee there. The photos are shown exactly same with what i seen in the hotel.

Overall, the hotel is excellent in services and rooms. The mattress was firm which we liked a lot. Cafe in front of the hotel was a welcoming esp when we return from the hot weather outside. If you can climb stairs, this hotel is good for you. Its design is minimalistic, monotone and user friendly. The only concern is the location which is one kilometer to Lee Gardens and one kilometer to New Kimyong market. If you can walk, its fine. If you can't, local jeep can cost Baht30 to 40 per person. However, we walk a little (100m) to cross the tiny bridge and hop onto any jeep for Baht20 per person. Hatyai is good for cheap bird's nest, fish maw, cashew nuts, dried longans and Thai massages.

Very good experience for this trip. Room was clean and tidy. Staffs were every helpful and polite. easy to find place to eat. Room price is affordable.

Excellent just not for everyone
Me, personally, love the hotel. Everything is just fine to me. The mattress and pillows are medium-firm which works just fine for me. However, this hotel is not suitable for the seniors or people with accessability problem as every guest needs to climb up number of steps to the room. It is not really a pleasure moment for my mom. Nonetheless, the staffs are very helpful on fixing the problem. Really appreciated. If you are not having mobility problem, this will be one of the most value hotel for you in Hat Yai. (Location is not in the trading centre, tho. It might be slightly better for one who has a car)
