Amazing property. Huge rooms. Could use some repairs to door jams and window screens but felt very compensated due to great price. Employees were always very helpful. Would recommend!

The room was quiet and very large. The staff were both helpful and very curtious. The grounds are kept clean and well manicured.

Very clean and spacious accommodations. Staff was professional and very helpful. On the down side, could have used more hot water, and some extra lighting near the shelfs.

If you would like authentic mexican flavour this is the place for you Not much english spoken but they have phones to translate Everyone was very polite and helpful Pool is great and rooms were huge I would go back

Property is clean but your chimney not available and that was a big disappointment. Covers are not available stove not working. I would not recommend or stay again.

The place is such a peaceful and gorgeous Oasis. Breakfast was good and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The suite was huge beautiful and rustic with everything you could need for an amazing relaxing stay! Loved it there thank you!

I’m still staying here tonight only, thank god. The property advertises a bar, restaurant, pool and fireplace. There is nothing to burn in the fireplace, there is no water in the room only an empty garafon holder. No ice is available and there are no restaurants or bars. Will not return.

Lugar mágico.
El lugar me encantó, tiene un estilo Hacienda y es muy bello, el cuarto muy espacioso con sala, comedor y cocina equipada, lo cual me sorprendió ya que yo solo esperaba un cuanto, lo único que les recomiendo es el mantenimiento del cuarto, ya que el wc tiene fuga y no dejaba de llenarse, también hay goteras en el baño y arriba de la cama las plantas ya entraron y están colgando.

No pude disfrutar mi estancia 😔
El personal muy amable, lamentablemente al hotel le falta mucho mantenimiento. El w.c. tenia fuga de agua, no había ventiladores en la villa (el pobre sr. de mantenimiento tuvo que hacer maravillas para conseguir ventiladores porque no había suficientes para todas las habitaciones) Me hice una herida profunda en el dedo del pié, literal me rebané el dedo con un azulejo roto del fondo de la alberca. Lo triste es que fué el primer día y ya no pude disfrutar mi estancia por la hemorragia y el dolor al caminar. El lugar es muy bonito y tranquilo. El desayuno Delicioso, todo el personal muy atento y amable.

Their was a gas leak from the hot water boiler in the kitchen. Very smelly and dangerous. They couldn't turn the boiler off without turning off the hot water

Nice but need a GOOD REMODELATION
Hotel is very well know in Ajijic but is being there for aprox 50 years and needs a good remodelation. Is a pity that a really nice construction does not have a good maintenance.

Todo excelente, solo que como hicimos la reservación por está plataforma a la hora de hacer válido el desayuno nos notificaron que según su reporte no lo incluía, que teníamos que ir a hacer la aclaración, la cual se solventó sin problema, pero creo que no debería pasar.

El hotel muy bonito y relajante,reservamos villa para 4 y estaba muy amplia, las camas y almohadas muy comodas. El desayuno venia incluido en la reservacion y en el restaurant me dijeron que no que tenia que pagarlo ,tuve que ir a recepcion y al final si lo respetaron, solo tenian 2 meseros lo cual hacia muy lento e ineficiente el servicio para tanta gente,el desayno estaba regular y el pan dulce que ofrecian muy malo. Si me volveria a quedar los jardines muy bonitos y las habitaciones muy comodas , la recepcionista diana muy amable.
