Disappointed with Expedia for not making it clear of the room facing. We have requested for a room with sea view and good facing but was given a room facing the hills. The staff was unable to provide us with sea view for that booking. Disappointed with Expedia for not clearly stating that the room is facing the hills instead of sea view. Very poor and non-responsive service from the staff of the hotel. Our bags were not brought to our rooms timely and we have to collect it and bring to our rooms ourselves after a long wait. House keeping and maintenance was slow to response to request even at this low season with very few guests (COVID19 period).

1) I couldn't sleep well because I could hear noise from next door (i got connecting room) 2) shower room is quite smelly 3) bed also not comfortable because I can feels sand 4) one old staff save the day because he gave us free peanuts with the good old days style -the one I think added the uniqueness of this resort

A perfect place for a relaxing holidays. Only beef: it gets a little boring to see the same menu at the restaurant after a week.

Good Stay overall. But have to queue for check-in is terrible. Children pool close at 7pm seems too early. Check-in time could drag till 4-5pm already. Not much time could spend at Pool.

verk Nice pool area and a great location directly on the beach. Good location close to bus station and many alternative restaurants in the neighbourhood. The hotel is 40 years old and you notice that, it is a bit dated.
