Super disappointed
first of, if you book cube room, don't fancy to stay at the building showing in the website pic as it's not the same building, you have to cross to the opposite to another one. However, the building is also new. Second, if you agreed to pay a little extra to secure tht it a female only cube, you are dreaming. As they will combine all male, couple together. The staff said tht it depend on the guest on that day. Really? then why I have to choose female for? Third, hotel have no rule at all. I hav to stay with couple that bring durian to eat at midnight. Can you imagine sleeping with Durian aroma? the smell remain even the morning time. Next, no privacy at bathroom, understand the point that it shared bathroom, but there is no wall, just empty like that. No window or blind to secure the building that facing to bathroom

Great location, very clean , very helpful staff
I do reccommen this hotel, everything are exactly what you see in pictures shown in website. Very comfort bed , clean bathroom , helpful staffs. Room size isn't big as same as other hotel in this area but room on 3rd floor are bigger.

Disappointed
The location of hotel is excellent but thats all i can say.its old n not well maintained. Has creaking fpoor n funritures and clenalimess is terroble. Staff are untrained and mostly useless or clueless . Manager never around and they are all busy running the shop in tbe hotel. Its just a shop w few rooms on top. Not recommended.

Value for money with a friendly staff.
It's a comfortable stay for us in a Superior room with Queen-sized bed. The location is very convenient with many cafes, shops and street art near the hotel.

Great service and location
The location of the hotel is excellent - just on Armenian street, with the wall drawing of the famous “sister and brother on the bike”. The hotel free upgraded the room on the next night with a much bigger room for the family. Will consider staying next time :)

As all the rooms are on the 1st and 2nd floors, it is not for guests with mobility issues. We were given room 105 which has no TV reception! In the heart of Georgetown, which is great!

Although the room was fine, the hotel had a negative vibe. For example, the room had a kettle but no water, no coffee. In the lobby, they once had basic items (e.g. drinks) for sale but no longer. You pay extra (I think) for being near the murals which are in my opinion, not a big deal.

Very reasonable for the price I paid. Location is good and walking distance to all the good food. The place is quiet at night therefore sleep will not be disturb by noise on the street.

Simple Classic Hotel In The Heart of City
Nice hotel to stay. However, they don't have lift so those with heavy luggage take note. Located at the Penang's most famous mural - the Armenian Street. The Armenian Street Fair is on every Saturday evening - all cars have to vacated the area during the fair which is till 10.30pm.

In the heart of Armenian
I enjoyed my stay here mainly because of it's location and comfort that came at an affordable price for solo/budget travellers. The wifi in the female dorm was down for the three days that I was there. They did however make attempts to get it fixed but was only rectified on day 3. Other minor things that I thought could be improved on were having stronger hooks for towels in the bathroom (some were broken), mirrors in the dorm or in the bathroom of the second floor (there was none) and a towel rail in the capsule itself just so people could dry their towels. Also, the water pressure was exceptionally low throughout the day specifically in the shower. Other than these minor remarks, I had a really good night rest at the end of each day and was pleased by the level of cleanliness. I would definitely come back again.

Excellent location!
It is located right at the street art area and close to the Clan Jetty, so the bus terminal as well. The room is clean and tidy. The staff is friendly and helpful. It was a right choice and I was happy during my stay at George Town.

Nice hotel for short trip, toilet door*'s lock is not working , shower head is leaking. But still fine for us. Outside water dispenser no hot water. My girl love the king size bed n the toilet. Will stay again in future.

Misleading site but ok stay
We had a nice stay at Armenian Suite, but only after we argued with the management because they tried to put us in a box. The photos show the Armenian Suite, but if you're not very careful about your booking they will try to put you in a Hong Kong-style capsule hotel across the street. Be mindful of what you're actually booking.

OK for short trip.
Overall is clean and comfort. Good location where is easy to move around. Famous mural paintings just steps away. A lot of good food and hipster cafes are around too. I stayed at the room with balcony. The stay is okie. Good enough for short trip staying. Try to avoid staying at this room. It capture heat during afternoon. Air-condition is weak. Wifi is not strong. Praying alarm is quite annoying because it just too close to the mosque.

とても可愛く広々としたベッドで宿泊できたことが、とても良かった。シャワーはお湯が出なかったのが残念だったが、熱帯の土地柄もあってか、シャワー上がりも問題なく過ごせた。アメニティーは本当に基本的なものだけ置いているホテルだが、逆にシンプルで好感がもてた。

Excellent hotel to stay in the mid of Amernian St
Excellent hotel condition- very new and updated look. Night inn-keeper was very friendly and we had an excellent time in penang because of all the clear and precise good foodie location he gave us. Room had a very well-controlled air-con, very good selection of cable channels and nice comfy solid beds with very cosy thick blankets, nice strong ventilation in the bathroom as well. The area around the hotel is excellent. Bicycle rent is right opp the hotel, they close at 5pm though.. Convience store to the left, two junctions away abt 15mins walk.. Hawker food to the right 20mins walk with a very good selection of breakfast and local street food. 30mins walk to the right will bring you to Chew Jetty and there is a free "CAT" penang bus service bus-stop at Armenian Hotel (another hotel), where the convience store is located which is a loop service and can bring you around important locations in Penang. EXCELLENT.

這家酒店太差了,沒有電梯行李要自己提到三樓怎麼能提啊!我年紀又大行李又重,我是來休閒旅遊的不是來受罪的,我是看見有可臨時可退房才下訂單的,去到那裡我跟他們商量 沒答應我,我完全沒住進去就走了,我租車也沒有停車場可以停車,所以我用信用卡預付的錢要退還給我,不然我向他們旅遊局提告.

Quite okay.
Nice budget hotel. Pros: clean room, helpful staff, easy access to restaurants and street arts. Cons: no elevator, limited parking, wierd smell at night.

あらをさがすと、ですが
連続して宿泊するとき、翌日分のゴミの片づけや清掃に一切入らないのはかまわない。だいたい９割今回マレーシアはその方式だった。 けれど、もともと少なかったトイレットペーパーはどうしたって２日もたない。どこのホテルでも補充というものが置いてなかった。足りないよ～。（そんなこともあろうかといつも自分でマイペーパーもってはいる）テラスのベンチに前の人がたばこの箱がおきっぱなしだった。あと室内テラスがついてるんだけど、室内なんだよね。ホテルの中で一番高い部屋なのに窓がついてないのはちょっと「ガーン」でした。窓ってわたしにとってけっこう大切。冷蔵庫があると冷蔵庫でしか保存できないカヤが買えたんだけどな。まあ冷蔵庫も９割ついてないし。あえてアラをさがすとこのくらいですが、従業員は親切で部屋はかわいいし、ほぼ文句なし。前回インドで飛行機に乗せてもらえずホテルキャンセル仕方なくして全額とられた。もちろん知ってたし、仕方ないんだけど、このホテルは予約した時点で一円もかえってこないタイプだった。すぐ埋まるくせになんだよー、って思ったしエクスペディアなんか２度と使わない！！！と思ったのにまた使ってしまった。あーあ。前々回ブルガリアでも問題なくとれてるのに「予約入ってない」と言われて「もう２度とエクスペディア使わない！！」とそのときも思ったんだった。忘れてまた使ってしまった。
