The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The head of security spent a great deal of time with us when my friend's watch and phone went missing. Yates at the front desk was fantastic!!! I needed to go to the ER. She took the time to call local hospitals and then followed up with a call to my cell to check on me (which I consented to prior to my leaving). What a sweet compassionate woman!
