We stayed for four nights in May at Hotel Milu, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel felt comfortable and surprisingly spacious for its central location. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of delicious options, and the staff were very attentive—my child is allergic to eggs, and they took great care to accommodate his needs. The hosts were warm, friendly, and always willing to help. Be sure to ask them for gelato recommendations—their picks were fantastic!

Great hotel, in a great location

3rd time staying here. Perfect location to walk to all the main tourist sites. It’s a boutique hotel filled with modern art. The welcome is lovely, the rooms are cool, comfortable and have everything you need. The top floor is where they serve a delicious buffet breakfast sitting out on the roof terrace, or you can pop up there anytime to get a coffee and a snack. Love the ambience and would happily return.

Lovely and stylish boutique hotel in a top location. The staff is young, motivated, and super friendly; the rooms are spacious and nicely furnished, beds comfortable. If your room goes to the street, count on some noise at night - Via Tornabuoni is much frequented and there are street musicians. However, the location is top, this is the nicest and most expensive shopping street in all of Florence, and the staff went above and beyond for us to feel comfortable.

Extremely difficult getting to the property. If you are a 1st time driver or new driver to Italy it may be very tough getting through the crowded streets to the front of the hotel. Another downside was when the car is valeted you have to tell the front desk at least an hour prior to get your car out. Totally ruined plans one morning not knowing this. Other than that front desk is extremely helpful, rooms are nice, and the hotel is in a great location with plenty to do and eat around the hotel.

What a wonderful find! A cute little hotel in the middle of high end shopping street. Walkable to everything offered by Florence ,Food,Fashion,Monuments, as well as the train station and the opera theaters. Will stay there again.

From the moment we arrived, I was impressed by the exceptional service and attention to detail. The staff was incredibly warm, professional, and eager to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I immediately felt welcomed. My room was nice and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere. Housekeeping was consistent and attentive throughout my stay. Location-wise, the hotel is ideally situated—close to city center and 10 min walk from Train station. Whether you’re visiting for business or pleasure, it’s the perfect balance of convenience and comfort. Truly exceeded my expectations. I truly cannot say enough good things about my experience. This hotel goes above and beyond in every aspect. They provided us with great recommendations for restaurants and bars. I will absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-tier stay.

Incredible place to stay. Great hotel, great location but most of all incredible staff. We loved every moment of our stay. The front desk staff become friends and very good ones who we will always remember and stay in contact with. When we think of Florence we think of them. We would recommend this hotel to everyone. Lovely hotel in a great position - which if you had a room on the front that looked out onto the street could be noisy but great to look at the hustle and bustle. We needed the windows open too as the room was warm and there didn't seem an option to alter the air conditioning which of course made it noisier. Would definitely stay here again though - all the staff were very friendly and super helpful.

Our stay at Milu hotel was exceptional. The room was clean and in great condition. The location is right in the middle of the old city with easy access to all the landmarks. The staff we friendly and professional. They helped us is many different ways starting from providing an idea about surrounding attractions, recommendations of tours and booking transportation. We had a good stay at the Milu Hotel. Location is perfect, and it's near to the train station. They gave us an upgrade to a room with balcony. The room waa ready early and they sent our luggae up too. Only thing is that there's some drain smell in the toilet once a while
