The front desk employees were friendly. The breakfast was very good with many choices. You can order eggs fried, scrabbled or an omlet. The 2 people in charge of breakfast were super nice and attentive. The view from the 7th floor breakfast area was amazing.

The hotel is a 100 yards from Ponte Vecchio & 200 yards from the Uffizi. The breakfast on the roof is to die for, with amazing views, super friendly staff & good food choices. The whole hotel was renovated within the last 10 years... highly recommended.

Great location a minute walk to Ponte Vecchio. Spacious, clean, modern room. Not huge amenities but fine. Skip the breakfast option - overpriced, overcrowded and very limited options. Not enough space for guests to dine and very limited staffing. Felt crowded and rushed and options were slim. Not at all worth the $. Somewhat friendly staff but not especially welcoming. One plus - a block to the open air leather market!

The overwhelming strength of this hotel is the location, as it is literally steps away from the Palazzo Vecchio and right in the heart of Florence. It is surrounded by numerous dining and shopping options, and is close enough to walk to practically anything you would like to see/do while in the city. For as good as the location is, the hotel does not fall far. The rooms are great size, they are designed beautifully and the staff are very nice/helpful.

Very nice hotel located blocks from Pointe Vecchia Bridge; balconies overlooking the hustle bustle on the Main Street. Beautiful roof top room for fresh and delicious breakfast with kindest service. Language with front desk employees was a definite barrier: I asked if my laundry had come in and was told “my colleague did not leave me any notes”… ??? But I would definitely stay here again.

The Hotel is well located and everything is on a walking distance. The dtaff very nice and both check in/check out process was so fast. The breakfast is great, variety of fruits, breads, ham. We recommend!

The property is like new. The staff was great and the room with balcony outstanding. Location to all historic locations is easy walking distance. Full breakfast was perfect.

We were walking everywhere so location was great. Breakfast wonderful. Bed comfy. Balcony happy surprise. Very clean and comfortable well appointed. Nice helpful staff. Really the best in all our many hotels we stayed at in Italy

Das Hotel ist super zentral gelegen, alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind zwar klein, aber schön ausgestattet und sehr, sehr sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ausreichend und man hat einen wundervollen Blick über Florenz.

The hotel was exceptionally clean with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast had cooked to order eggs and a full range of other items. Location can’t be beat. This was my second stay and I expect there will be a third.
