The beds are comfortable. Use ear plugs to block sound. The HVAC unit was loud but with ear plugs, I heard nothing. Their breakfast has lots of options. Housekeeping needs to do better.

It was a beautiful, clean, and comfortable place. Will definitely go back there. Only thing I didn’t like was that reservation was for a queen bed but they gave me a standard size instead. Other than that it was great.

I travel a lot and this property was definitely one of the best I have stayed at. Staff were very friendly, the room was clean and had a very comfortable bed. The gym had a nice mix of cardio and weight equipment. The breakfast was tasty with good options, even the coffee was good. There is a Target, Starbucks and dining options close by! Even a basketball hoop for the kids. The assistant manager was exceptional. I requested a late check out and there was no issue getting it as a valued Bonvay member! This hotel is definitely our go to for now on!

I'm giving a 2 star overall rating because i had quite a few issues my 4 nights i stayed. Starting with the parking fee. I've never had to pay a fee just to park my car at a hotel before including this one (which I've stayed at a few times before) So i never thought to check for a parking fee while booking and under Popular amenities it only says Parking available. I was unaware of the parking fee till i arrived at the hotel. Room was clean other then a live cockroach in the kitchen sink. Tv only had about 20 channels that played the same thing almost everyday and the climate control took an hour or more to reach temp if changed. My last night at 1am room service was in and out of the room beside me and was slamming the door repeatedly with the deadbolt engaged to keep it from shutting fully while they went in and out for over an hour at least. At 10am someone woke me up knocking and before i could get up to answer they unlocked and opened my door catching the security latch and only said "Check out" then left. Check out was noon. And my room keys were disabled before i checked out so i couldn't get back in my room when i got back with the luggage cart and I wasn't late checking out.

they cancelled my reservation but called the neighbouring hotel and asked us to go there and get the room. This is very inconvenient for us in the late night.

The tub of the shower was pretty dirty. The body wash was completely empty. There was something wrong with the door that made it difficult to open and close. Other than that, everything was great. I really enjoyed the gym.

Unhappy with Water & TV

No hot water in the morning - had to run it over 10 minutes. I had already taken a barely warm shower - My wife got hot water. TV in bedroom did not work! (then it came on in the morning.)

I stayed there for a couple of weeks while my apartment was getting ready. The staff was wonderful, very accommodating. Nice breakfast. Rooms spacious and well equipped. I was in no hurry to leave.

Phenomenal impromptu getaway

Everything was exceptional! Maya at the front desk was a bright ray of sunshine. The only thing that topped her personality was her smile. She was informative, kind and courteous. She gave us a list of restaurants that included Ron’s Bar and Grill. They had the BEST fried macaroni and cheese bites and sweet potato fries. I would recommend it to all.
