The property is fairly new and the amenities were modern. The breakfast service staff were amazing. The gym was equipped and the kids had a nice time in the pool. The rooms were great.

All the time we stayed there, it was very pleasant. This time, check in staff wasn't too friendly. He did all he needed to do, but it didn't feel welcoming. Main problem i had was the sofa-bed. It had pet hairs and found several hairs on the sheet. Had to strip the bed and ask for the new sheets. Overall, I like this place. Just little disappointed this time.

Overall we had a good stay and would return again if we were in the area. Solid 4/5 for amenities and convenient location. Pros- Clean, comfortable and spacious room, pet friendly, good breakfast options (omelets, biscuits/gravy, waffles), fancy coffee machine in lobby with complementary espresso drinks. Friendly counter staff. Cons- Pool/spa were closed and nobody informed us after booking or even at check in (no water at all so not an emergency situation). One of the main reasons we chose this property so very disappointing. Also because it is a pet friendly hotel there were lots of droppings all around everywhere that were not cleaned up, I know that is the pet owner's fault but it does actually detract from walking around the property itself. Grumpy breakfast staff.

Thank you for taking the time to review our property!We are so sorry about our pool being closed. The next time you are in our area the pool with 100% be open and be more pretty than ever. We are getting it completely resurfaced and we are very excited about this. However, it was definitely disappointing to have to close it this last weekend. We really hope you will give us another chance in the future!

Our stay was good, our room was clean except for a few food crumbs leftover in the microwave and part of a orange in the corner by the lamp, we just laughed it off as “alright…snacks”. The pool was nice, the hot tub was HOT!, maybe a little too hot, but still nice. Breakfast was very good, excellent choices. We would stay there again!

I really disliked the fact I couldn't stop the water in the bathroom sink but had to keep it running. (There is no stopper even allowed for in the sink configuration. Terribly wasteful. Likely the shower in the bathroom is just old but the floor looked quite dirty in the shower. It made me just go home & take one there. Might be an issue if I stayed more than overnight.

Great hotel with terrible pillows
This was overall a fantastic stay. The room was very clean, the staff was helpful, the breakfast was above average. They even had an omelet bar! The indoor pool was very small but there was a great hot tub and they had stacks of extra towels. My only complaint was that the bed wasnt very comfortable and the pillows were straight up horrible. Excellent choice if you have a dog! The staff was nice to our dog and greated us with a jar of biscuits. When we ate breakfast we ate at a table a little outside the breakfast room and brought our dog. We just took turns getting food to make sure our dog didn't get near the buffet. No one seemed to mind.

Pit stop
Doing a PNW trip to North Cascades and into Canada and we booked this place on the spur of the moment. We didnt want anything fancy, but this best suited our needs. Upon entering the room, it kinda smelled like feet, but it wasnt overwhelming and eventually we just got used to it I guess. I personally liked the shower, husband did not, it was for handicapped which means the water got all over the floor and yeah it was kinda annoying but it didnt bother me. We slept like two little gems. Breakfast was pretty great, omlets were on point and good coffee. The cookies they had out were delicious and staff was nice and friendly. Would stay here again no problem!

Disappointed
Made a reservation for a king bed and received a queen. The front desk said they were the same price and hotels.com must have overbooked. No kings available Beds and pillows were uncomfortable. Clean though.

The burnt down motorhome out front was a little off putting. That and the blinds werent thick enough sonthe street lamps were shining in my eyes all night. Other than that our stay was pleasant

Thank you for taking the time to review our property!I am so sorry about the eye sore that is the motorhome that burnt down last week. A few days before your arrival, it caught fire. We are still in the process of getting it removed by the city. Hoping it will be any day now that we are relieved of it. We hope to see you again very soon!

Comfortable but noisy neighbors above.
Check in was a tad slow. Room was fine... Minor mildew by tub. Heavy footed neighbor upstairs. Breakfast with custom omelette !! Mocha coffee for the road was a huge bonus.
