The property looked great and clean inside!! The lady working breakfast was very friendly!! When checking out the lady was seemingly a little snotty about my husband's service dog but that was the only issue. We loved the room and the size of it!! .

Horrible experience and crowd Someone hot and run my car in the parking lot and hotel say they don’t have cameras and they can’t help. Such a insecure and unsafe place to be at. Never staying here again

You expect a certain basic level when booking a Holiday Inn and this doesn’t meet it. Tired building. Worn furniture. No shower curtain in room!!! When brought the lack of shower curtain to night staff attention was told they didn’t have any housekeeping there to rectify. How about moving rooms or getting a curtain from another unbooked room? Instead given extra towels to mop up floor which was soaked after shower. When brought this up again to morning staff was simply told thanks for letting them know. Seriously? And the joke of it all is a note in room about how they aim for 8,9,10 rating and are there to ensure a satisfactory experience. I’d say staff aren’t really concerned with customer experience.

The floor in our room was sticky and not clean. The shower water immediately went cold. The holder in the shower holding soap dispensers was falling off the wall making it difficult to use. The shower head was gross and dirty.

Quiet room, early breakfast was good, good selection. Nice staff. Convenient to I95. Would stay there again. Only complaint was A/C in room was so noisy, so we turned it off, as it was ok with it off.

I stayed 9/7/24-9/8/24. Front desk clerk was very rude. I booked and paid through Expedia, my payment to Expedia went through (I even had my receipt) but the Expedia to the hotel payment was having issues going through. She made me call Expedia after driving 8 1/2 hours or she wasn’t allowing us to check in. After standing there going through a million phone prompts with Expedia she decided to call her manager. The manager said it was not an issue on my part and to let us check in and the hotel would call Expedia to straighten it out. This woman had awful customer service and clearly was not happy at her no . I will no longer stay at an IHG

They had a nice indoor pool which was was hard to find since most places on our way up from Florida only had outdoor ones. Breakfast options were good and they even had gluten free bagels which I eat and I have not seen at other hotels.
