Exceeded all my hopes for a convenient spot near the El Paso airport. (Yes, it’s a very close walk to the airport if you’re not carrying lots of bags. Maybe five minutes on foot from the terminal.) A hotel like this would be a decent budget choice even in a livelier and hipper neighborhood. The rooms and even corridors were surprisingly nice and the staff very friendly and helpful. I’d stay here again for sure.

The Best Western was a very nice property! Good breakfast and very pet friendly! Angelica at the front desk was very nice and professional! Even though it was next to the airport.never heard it! Great choice!!

Clean, good price, nice staff. The gym is an offsite location, and the game room is a TV they have setup in the lobby where you can plug in your own console. Breakfast was decent. Meditation room was kind of cool but only one massage chair worked out of the two.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is within walking distance to the airport which is very convenient. They also have a shuttle service if you have lots of luggage to transport. Will definitely stay here again if I return to El Paso.

Hotel was ok for a one-night stay close to the airport, but it’s not a place I’d want to stay at again. We were also given an accessible king room when I had booked a standard king room. I clarified that I had booked a standard king room but was still given an accessible room which was odd and made me feel a little bad using resources that somebody else may have needed.

We really like staying here. It’s right across from the airport and they have a 24 hour shuttle. They have thought about the little things that make guests feel at home like night light in the bathroom, complimentary coke products and coffee 24/7, massage chair room and more!

We arrived at the hotel we had booked at around 16:00. Here we were greeted rudely and generously with the words, "wait, a military group is checking in". When I asked how long I would have to wait, the answer was "about 10 minutes". There were about 12 papers with room cards laid out at the counter. From time to time people came by and signed the papers. After a wait of about 40 minutes, it turned out that the printer paper for processing the military group was missing. After the printer paper arrived, the process for the military group was finished and the in-processing for the waiting guests and for us was started.

These rooms are SMALL, but they are clean and updated. You have everything you would need in them. Great location. A quick walk to the airport. The downside was the noise. It was so loud. You could hear every car pass by. Issue isn't even the planes, as its beside the airport, but the cars/trucks passing. Little to no sleep before our 5am flight. We won't stay here again.

Nice rooms, clean, and a very convenient location. Just a short walk out the airport doors. Breakfast was good, fountain soda in the lobby. The room was pretty small compared to average but nothing to complain about.
