The shower doesn't work, and the sealing has substantial mold, excluding a busted entrance door.
If I report the facilities, they will be condemned for mold content.
Not enough towels, the room smells kind of musty. But you get used to it. And the hallways’ a little bit dark. But everything else is pretty good, super friendly staff and helpful lobby staff
Wall HVAC had 3 inch gap between wall and unit. You could see and hear everything outside. The shower/bath didn't work water came out of both and it didn't drain properly so you felt like you were standing in sewage. Room smelled bad. Bed was uncomfortable. Two of the room lamps would not turn on. Will never stay here again.
Staff are not friendly and lot of things are either broken or not available

The elevator didnt work . And breakfast was 7:00 to 10:00 i went at 8:00 and they dont have nothing. There were alot of family complaining and the receptionist said she is trying to contact the supervisor since friday and he doesn't answer. I think they should get a professional supervisor.

La habitación está bien...pero el desayuno deja mucho que desear...sabemos que no es un desayuno completo pero por lo menos deberían poner comida fresca no de días pasados..el pan estaba hasta mojado y otro duro y la masa de los waffles era extraña....la alberca demasiado sucia.
Pero en fin solo nos quedamos una noche.

Habia visto malos comentarios de este hotel, sin lugar a duda me arriesgue y la verdad me sorprendio, si vale la pena, aparte que la ubicacion esta genial, lo que si hay que mencionar que son instalaciones viejas sin embargo a mi me toco una habitacion remodelada y en muy buenas condiciones... la verdad sin duda me volveria a hospedar
