Skipped the airport shuttle, which was the reason we selected it because there was no accommodation if they overfilled. No booking. No lights in the room. They acted like it was user error when I reported it and did not follow up. No security latch on the door. No soap. We had hiked all day and I wanted a shower. Some guy in the office had to rummage through a junk drawer to find some. Floors were filthy. A bare bulb in the bathroom, but at least there was light. Broken TP dispenser. At least the air conditioner drowned out the loud neighbors who left their door open at all times. No water in the pool, but plenty of trash in it. I guess these are the high Days Inn standards and classiness of Wyndham. Maybe the head honchos should come for a stay.
