All around fantastic stay. Restaurant on site had tremendous food. Staff were outstanding. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. Location was pleasantly quiet, and very accessible. We will definitely stay here again if needed while in Edmonton.

Check in was slow. Long line of people checking in and only one person at the front desk. Rooms are old with patches in the ceiling. But clean and bed was comfortable. It was ok otherwise. Typical cheaper hotel to stay at.

If I had to recommend any hotel to avoid it would be this one. We asked for an extra blacket at 5pm then went to the desk 2 more times asking for one. They finall showed up knocking on the room door at midnight. This hotel is definitely dated. As well lacking cleaning. The same garbage was laying in the hallways and ice machine room for all 3 nights we were there. The front guy was least bit friendly and not helpful at all. Save your money and pick a different hotel.

Forst our room had sounds of rodents running around in the walls, ducts. So we were moved to another room. The second room the tub was dorty and had hair in it, also the pillow cases smelt like old musty womens hair, smokey even... I was definitely not satisfied and feel when i mentioned something to the frint desk, they didnt even listen to me... I even have more thi gs id like to mention, but this is more than enough..

The front desk ladies were wonderful. The hotel was in good repair and it smelled nice. Unfortunately our room had a filthy floor and the beds had quite a bit of strangers' hair on the sheets and pillows. We requested and received a different room, however the next room had a sock on the floor and the beds were almost as hairy. This room had carpet so we couldn't see the dirt and hair as well as we could on the tile floor in the first room. I would have left but my room was non-refundable and its was late and we were exhausted. We ended up sleeping on top of the comforters in our clothes. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

When checking in there was someone ahead of me, there were two people standing behind the counter but I had to wait for the man to finish checking in the person in front of me the lady behind counter barely acknowledged us. Older hotel but looked clean, don’t like the carpet (dingy) fairly quiet in the room. Had dinner in the restaurant downstairs and it was fantastic!! Large portions cooked properly and reasonably priced. Would stay/eat here again!!

Appreciate the accessibility of the pet-friendly room. Check in was very quick and convenient, much appreciated late as night especially. Toilet paper was worse than a public school however.

The elevator is broken down when I am in the hotel. Thus, I have to walk by stairs. Everything is dirty including carpets, furniture etc. The temperature thermometer is not working. Thus, I am unable to reduce the room temperature

From the moment you walk in to this property, the entrance is unwelcoming with smell and mess everywhere, the room issued was so bad, the smell, broken furniture, stained and dirty covers and when we complained about the place they tried switching us to a different room and acknowledging our complaint, the room was as the same as the other room but better. We demanded refund and it was a hustle to convince them to give it back. The place is absolutely disgusting and I would not recommend this place to anyone because what you see on the website completely opposite display of pictures.

Very dirty! The whole property needs cleaning and updating. Could clearly hear the neighbours. Time tub would not drain at all. Picked for cheap one night stay while in the city but it was a mistake, wouldn’t stay again. Positive was the front end staff were very nice and friendly.

This property was beyond disgusting. We’re talking dirty rooms, dirty walls, dirty floors, everywhere was filthy. Behind our room door it looked like a blue pop had exploded and hadn’t been wiped down. The common area where there is a microwave ( no microwave or even a clock in your room) exists had so much old food piled around it that hasn’t been cleaned, so gross! Bathroom fan is completely brown with dirt. Outside there is dog poop and even experienced a whole pie splattered around the walkway. Run far away from this place!

Tub in the bath did not drain (exceedingly slow to drain). Housekeeping to only come once every three days so when issues with tub arose, was not guaranteed they would be addressed. Also had to request that complimentary supplies be replenished. Bring back the regular housekeeping service.

The worst place we ever stayed at . The hotel is so so dirty, smells so bad ,, the room is full of dust . We had to wipe the dust off with a towel when we checked in . House keeping service is every 3 days so we had to take our garbage out every day. The pool was out of order one of the night because they didn’t have clean pool towels . They also didn’t have clean towels for the rooms . Outside side of the property was covered with dogs poop everywhere . You need to watch when you walk from your car to the hotel. We trusted the name Radisson and booked it but never again … I wish there is a zero star…

There was a 1/2 eaten slice of pizza under one of the beds and a bright yellow empty box of twisted teas under the other bed. The ceiling in the bathroom was flaking off and the shower stall was dingie. Overall just a very rundown and shabby property
