Restaurant staff are very friendly especially Caroline and Sharayada. They need to maintain cleanliness in the room they don’t clean the floor so dusty washroom smells bad but clean. Parking area smells so bad. AC standard is 22 but not working properly and it’s so hot inside the room in order for us to avoid moving here and there we just bought portable AC and electric fan.

Great value for money. Too bad it's not very close to the metro. Walking takes about 10 minutes.

The place is OK if you travel with your own toiletries. The smell in the room and halls was a little weird but nothing too concerning. OK for one night stay but wouldn't stay more than that as quite far from metro, do you must take taxi everywhere. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

Cheap but still not worth it
Cheap hotel, but still not worth it. Stayed for 7 nights, it was hard. Moved to another hotel, around same price, night and day difference.

Good budget hotel for Dubai, spent 15 nights there, the bedroom is good, a little out dated but has everything you need for a stay, Bathroom was unfortunately not in a better state, there was hair and stains on the walls, the housekeeping staff did not refill amenities on many occasions meaning we had to constantly call to reception for basic things like soap and water. Breakfast is the highlight in the restaurant attached to the hotel, massive selection and good food, just a shame they can get over run at times as they are a bit understaffed.

The rooms are off-dated. dirty. The carpet in the hallways needs a deep cleaning. The bathrooms were not in good shape, my friend had to request a room change because of the poor standards

A színvonal a legutóbbi foglalásom óta (Covid előtt) romlott. A tisztaság már nem tökéletes. Az egyik szobában a fürdőszoba álmennyezete lezuhant, leszakadt. El volt ázva. Több Wc folyt, több csapot nem lehetett elzárni stb. Ilyen kisebb általános problémák vannak. Sok szobája van, így jó eséllyel jó szobát is ki lehet fogni. Az elhelyezkedése amúgy egész jó, mert a metro mellett van. Az első megálló kb 9 perc gyalog. A fentiek ellenére ajánlom a hotelt, mert jó helyen van és általában az egyik legolcsóbb lehetőség.

An sich super Service hat alles im guten und ganzen geklappt. Bis auf dass ich 4 stunden auf mein Zimmer warten musste was von Expedia vielleicht hätte besser organisiert werden können. Das ist aber nicht der Fehler des Hotels. Leider konnte man das Fenster nicht öffnen. Zimmerservice war ok. Morgens kamen sie gehen 10 nachdem ich gesagt habe sie sollten später wieder kommen ich dann rausgegangen bin um 18h dann heim kam das Zimmer nicht gemacht war und erst um 19h gefragt wurde ob das Zimmer gereinigt werden sollte. Hab es dann sein gelassen. Aber im großen und ganzen ist es meckern auf hohem Niveau. Essen war super. Für alle was dabei. Es war aber bis auf die oben genannten Sachen ein toller Aufenthalt.

Everything was good except the checking in and out as the hotel was very busy. But it was overall a very good stay.

Location closed to the metro station is convenient. Friendly staff. Didn’t like thin walls, smoking friendly and we were out of water one night.

good location but worse condition. internal cupboards are bad lot of mosquitoes, staff has not given even repellent dinning area hyginess is extremely poor
