Honestly I wasn’t impressed with the quality considering the price. I stayed at the Ramada which was significantly cheaper and had nicer utilities like a mini fridge. The water never seemed to get hot and the lighting was awful. The AC was very loud and the pillows were uncomfortable.

Hotel was really dirty noisy and smelt bad like they didnt clean the rooms. Staff very rude and ignorant.

We spent New Year here with our family Hotel is clean, staff are courteous and polite and the General Manager is Excellent, very nice place

Not good place to stay
We travell with my friend (2 women). Staff was rude to us, propably cos' we are not man. Even we were dressed with respect. Hotel was pretty old and in the room was bad smell, and propably some mold.

Good value, great staff, but needs refurbishing
Staff were great and accommodating, and the room had all I needed. However, it is showing its age with chipped tiles in the bathroom, old fittings, and probably hasn't been refurbished for very many years. Very convenient for Msheireb metro station for direct access to the airport.

Apenas bem localizado
O hotel aparenta ter 40 anos, com móveis e decoração antiquados. Os quartos superiores tem mobiliário contemporâneo. No geral, não lembra em nada o padrão dos demais hotéis da rede Mercure pelo mundo. Necessita de reforma urgente, tanto nos interiores como na fachada. Não utilizamos o serviço de café da manhã, porque era caro para o padrão do hotel. Pontos positivos: 1. Água mineral, café solúvel e chás de cortesia; 2. Está localizado ao lado da principal estação de metrô da cidade, na região central de Doha.

I can not provide any information for now. The room was very dusting i know the answer can be cause of the construction, when i asks for a replacement, the proposition was one king 🛌 for two peoples i(i was traveling with a friend) which is was impossible.

The hotel is good , the staff is very good but the hotel surroundings make it difficult to stay there, and access is a big mess.

I don't recommend
Very bad experience, the reserved rooms was not given, super bad in room service where they can skip days without cleaning. I DON'T RECOMMEND AT ALL. تجربه سيئه جدا، لم يعطونى العرفي الي حجزناها، التنظيف سيئ ممكن يسحبون بعض الأيام بدون تنظيف

Die Unterkunft war sehr gut, freundlich, sauber. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit. Der einzige Kritikpunkt war der Baulärm rundherum um das Hotel, da konnte aber das Hotel nichts dafür.

Quarar stopover
Excellent stay but getting to and from hotel was challenging on foot.I would recommend not trying to walk from hotel until present roadworks are finished.We were there first week in February and roadworks were very challenging. There are taxis to use.Also local metro is very cheap and efficient and well worth trying.

Close to Metro and Souq
Very Friendly and excellent staff. However, the pillows in the bedroom were very uncomfortable. Very close to the main Metro and Souq Waqif. Walking distance and plus the new DOHA Downtown looks amazing.

excellent location for leisure trip to Doha;
Great location so close to the metro station; very convenient accessable from the Airport with the recently opened metro. Close to falcon souq, souq Waqif, museums and the water. cool pool

Bien situé mais très vieillot et piscine glacée
L’hôtel est bien situé pour visiter doha mais est tres vieillot on a du changer de chambre deux fois suite à une fuite d’eau pour la première chambre et pour le bruit pour la seconde et la troisième avait aussi une fuite d’eau au niveau du bidet, d’où mon avis mitigé. Il ne vaut pas un 4 étoiles mais plutôt un 3. De plus la piscine était glacée on ne pouvait pas se baigner ce qui est dommage et le soleil ne peut pas la réchauffer car la piscine est exposée Nord. Dommage!!!

Demolished is what’s needed
The hotels needs to be demolished and rebuilt it’s in a good position near the metro , over the road is all new and the souq is very close. The hotel is tired and dated for a mercure it’s probably one of the worst they own.

Worth the price
Old building in the middle of a construction zone. That said the staff were friendly, room was clean, bed comfortable and breakfast was good. Whilst it is a challenge to walk to the souk it is very close so for the money paid this is a good value hotel. For the price would recommend it.

Buen personal, bien ubicado, pero deteriorado
El personal es profesional y amable. El desayuno es bueno. Sin embargo, el hotel está bastante deteriorado para ser un Mercure. La zona aunque central y cerca de sitios de interés, está rodeada de negocios no muy agradables si estás de vacaciones, aunque lo bueno es que tienen restaurantes de comida local, mini supermercados y también hay una oficina de cambio de divisas muy cerca.
