Was a good stay overall was hoping for a more warm feeling bar. Room was on the 5th floor not easy for a smoker but over all can’t complain

The hotel rooms need a little bit of updating, but the hotel itself is very nice. While we were there, there was a wedding reception in the lobby, which was kind of odd, but overall we had a great experience, and the staff was very friendly
The food in the restaurant inside the hotel was absolutely delicious

None of the USB ports work and there’s 3 of them. When I checked in and went to my room, it looked like they just painted or stained the room door, but there was no sign of wet paint and I opened the door and was covered with paint.

The doubletree by Hilton was gorgeous! One of the most amazing lobbies I have ever seen with a wonderfully delicious breakfast in the morning! The beds were very comfortable but quite low to the ground which was a tad bit odd! All in all, I had a fabulous stay! Thank you so much to the amazing staff who made me feel so welcomed!

I arrived around 2:pm and it was very very bad weather but the front desk will not check me and my family in because????? No reason and we have been traveling from Indianapolis to Dearborn 5 hours in the bad snowy weather

Stayed for three nights and room wasn’t cleaned once. Had problems with key card opening the door.

I did not like the knock at 9 am when house keeping then keyed in as I was getting to the door. Check in was disorganized. The staff was amazingly kind and the room was nice.

Perfect accomodations , Great pool/hot tub, Great staff.
Best of all was free shuttle from airport and short rides locally,
This is my place whenever Im back in my old stompimg grounds!
Only advice would be to be stricter on parents and coaches control of their youth teams staying there.

It’s a very clean property. I was impressed by the warmth welcome from everyone who works there. They want to help in any way they can. The director of security Imad was an amazing host. He makes sure every one is being helped. He went off his ways to help me find what I was looking for and waited for me until I found it. Awesome hotel with awesome staff. Will come again!!

The area was quiet and beautiful, not crowded so less traffic attached to highway, but somehow my GPS was not showing correct location of the Hotel Building, so move around sometime.
I did not like Bathroom design, especially the bathing area, due to design there was water accumulation outside bath area and which was irritating.

It was okay. Hard to reach front desk and to get items like towels and extra bedsheets.
Check in time was starting at 3pm- we arrived at 2:50pm- room was still not ready at 5pm when we needed to leave to get to a Tigers game, very disappointed in that fact. Very slow check in and check out- too long of wait times even with 2 people ahead of us..
Well maintained property. Friendly staff who need more help on front desk. Had more at peak times but in morning check out, one staff alone managing customers & maintenance ppl by herself.
She managed well but I question the safety & expediency with only one ??

Extremely clean, excellent warm Doubletree cookies handed to us at the front desk. Water bottles in room. Spacious rooms, not all crammed in. The staff was the best part. From the front desk to the cleaning staff…they were all great!

The property grounds is well maintained, the hotel is very clean with a very nice ambiance.
The rooms are not cleaned daily and the bathroom was very dirty when I checked in. I had to clean it myself as the housekeeper had left for the day.
The lobby was nice but the hotel is poorly managed. I got there at 7 pm and the hallways were full of dirty towels from house cleaning still. The elevator doors had giant dings. The vending machines were out of soda on two floors with a broken card reader on the third. Wiggly wall outlets from poor installation etc. I wouldn't complain about any of it if the hotel was $100 per night, but for what I paid? Not impressed. The only highlight was the nice young lady at the front desk when I checked in. She did her job very well.
