The only thing I didn't like was my view. I was looking out at all of the air conditioning units. The staff was VERY friendly and always helpful and courteous.

I liked the property. Renovated. The room and the hotel in general were clean. Even though they allow dogs, I didn't smell a bad smell. They have a buffet breakfast for $16 which wasn't bad, although I preferred the simpler and cheaper à la carte breakfast. 2 eggs your way with potatoes, bacon or sausage, coffee and toast for $13. I would stay there again.

We didn't like the room's AC system, it was blowing in your face on bed. Other than that, it is a nice hotel with on-site bar and restaurant, highly recommend it!

For the price, I expect more. There were a couple of blemishes in the finish of wall and ceiling from previous repairs. Toilet needed cleaned. We were on 1st floor and it was noisy, not from front lobby, but but most likely pool. people just have no respect anymore for others in their vicinity. Paid about $180 with discount, but was more like a $130 hotel.

The room is terribly noisy with slamming doors and voices due to being close to doors and elevator. Barking dogs making my service dog uncomfortable! It’s 8:30 and wish I can rest! This room sucks!

Reception was welcoming and professional. Food at the small restaurant was very good and all staff encountered were kind, courteous and welcoming. Overall fantastic stay!

We only stayed one night but this is the second time we’ve stayed here due to proximity to family. We had a suite and it was massive . That would be great if you were coming with family or had several rooms and wanted to make yours the hospitality room. It was difficult to get extra towels. 3 towels for two people doesn’t work…. especially when your female and have long hair. This stay was the second time we attempted breakfast at the hotel …. once again not a good experience. we sat with out being acknowledged for 10 minutes. wait staff helped 2 other people that sat down acts. I didn’t want to be rude and it was obvious they were overwhelmed. so we left and went to Metro Dinner. Hotels a convenient location , rooms are good and beds are comfy so don’t get me wrong …. it’s good. Just a few small things.

The staff was great and the place was clean. The location was good . The room was good but the bathroom was in need of some repairs. When we stepped into the bathroom the tiles came loose and the toilet handle stayed down and kept flushing so you had to lift it . The shower leaks onto the floor probably why the tiles were loose. We had breakfast only 1 day and it wasn't that good. We stayed 5 days 2 people on vacation during Christmas time.

Newly renovated. Loved the layout of the suite; however, lighting for the mirror above the desk was not existent. Lighting in the area of the coffee pot was non-existent. Otherwise nicely done.

Ongoing construction at hotel
Construction is going on in the lobby and throughout the hotel. Our car was blocked in the parking lot by heavy machinery. It would have been appropriate for the hotel to ask me to move my car, but no one said anything. We were one minute away from being blocked in for quite awhile.

They were doing construction in lobby and although I think that should mean more customer service help should be on staff, the staff that were there handled fussy/rude customers with professionalism. When I had an unrelated issue, they handled it well and the manager even reached out to me after I’d left. And I was pleasantly surprised that (unlike many hotels) I couldn’t hear noisy neighbors - they were very noisy but once in my room, I couldn’t hear them. Will stay again.

This was not my first time at this location. Last time I was here, I checked in late, and the front desk person was sitting on the couch in the lobby watching TV and was almost annoyed that I disturbed him at that hour. Next time I got there, I checked in late and the woman who checked me in gave me a late checkout for 12:30 pm; however, she didn't put it in the computer. The next morning when I returned back to my hotel after visiting my mom in memory care, my belongings were in the hallway in trash bags. The front desk manager was extremely rude and said they thought I check out; however, they had no record of me checking out. Instead of calling me and asking me if I was checking out (because all of my belongings were still there) they just threw everything away including my Invisalign retainers. In addition to all of that, my cat was in the room and they left the door wide open. They told me they didn't know the cat was in there, but they bagged up the litter box and food???? After freaking out, I went to the desk and they tried to say it was my fault because they didn't have any record of a late checkout, but they didn't even contact me to find out. What's the point of being a VALUED HILTONS MEMBER?? They gave me points on my Hilton account, but the feeling of having someone going through your belongings was so violating, the points don't even make up for the feeling. Beware of what the front desk help tell you. Double check everything.
