Excellent place to stay in Urubamba area
This place is A1. The views from anywhere in the property are spectacular. The staff are also the best, super friendly and helpful. A lot of things to do on the property, feeding the Alpacas, Cebiche making classes, Pisco making classes etc. Special thanks to Luzbelinda, Yonel, Rocky and Yasmin.

The landscape is outstanding. The hotel is surrounded by the mountains. The green all around is amazing and very relaxing. You have a good feeling of the Sacred Valley. It is a great escape from the city. Personnel is so kind and helpful. Lovely place!

The alpacas are a unique touch to the atmosphere. Loved playing the hames and hanging out in the court yard in the hammocks. Very relaxing. The room beds were to hard for my back. Food was great juat dont eat the lettuce.

Excellent resort, highly recommended. Food was excellent, they had a small market on site for Alpaca wool products. Lots of amenities for kids including feeding Alpacas, movies, board games and an observatory with a telescope and planetarium on site! Very helpful staff, especially Javier. I hope he gets a promotion!

Great property - lousy restaurant
Gorgeous property. Super comfortable bed and up to date rooms. Would be a great place for families. Only issue is the restaurant is mediocre. Food looks fancy on the menu but isn't the best ingredients. Also the included breakfast was not good. All the meat items were of the lowest quality. Everything appeared to be purchased as the lowest cost option. Too bad, because everything else was fabulous.

Hermosas instalaciones, el SPA caro y no brinda instalaciones acorde a ese precio. Un masaje cuesta más que en el spa del hotel Tambo del Inka cercano y mucho mejor . Se sugiere mejorar la atención de turistas en cuanto a Tours e ideas para entretenimiento en el hermoso valle y visitas a monumentos históricos

Hermoso paisaje y excelente servicio
Buena infraestructura y servicio! Jardin amplio con juegos para niños, hamacas y actividades como darle de comer a las alpacas y fogatas. Restaurante con carta limitada, no muchas opciones, pero para una estadia corta es suficiente. SPA con jacuzzi con costo adicional. Por mejorar se podria implementar una piscina temperada para uso de los huespedes como sí la tienen otros hoteles de esa zona.

The property was extremely peaceful, calming and clean. The grounds were maintained very well. The observatory, alpaca petting, bonfire and hammocks made the stay even more pleasant. Excellent staff catered to all our needs. Especially Rocky and Aliana were very hospitable.

Las instalaciones son ideales para descansar
Luego de subir el Huayna Picchu escogimos Casa Andina porque confiamos en la cadena. Buscábamos descanso y lo conseguimos. Al inicio hubo un pequeño percance con nuestra reserva pero lo solucionaron y la estadía fue de mucho agrado para nosotros. La habitación de la Villa fue excelente. La cama muy cómoda y los servicios contenidos en la habitación fueron agradables.

Wonderful hidden gem just outside of Urubamba. The property's grounds are well kept and inviting, featuring a covered outdoor seating area, two jungle gyms for kids, and a fire pit. Spacious rooms, great service, and a tasty restaurants. We weren't able to experience the planetarium as it was undergoing maintenance, but I hope to take advantage of it on a future visit.

Me gusto mucho el hotel no ofrecen lo que muestran en las fotos no hay el hidromasaje, el primer día nos trataron un poco mal pero al día siguiente se disculparon y nos trataron excelente, si lo recomendaría

Gran hotel a excelente precio y nivel de servicio
Lindo Hotel! Súper relajante a un precio muy económico. La atención es muy buena... todos los colaboradores son atentos, respetuosos y serviciales. Las instalaciones son de primera. Muy recomendable.

Potential...better throw your money at the casino
As a Peruvian, I’m very sad to leave a bad review for such a hyped hotel. We had an amazing trip to Cuzco including the service in general, and 2 other hotel stays. However, I gave Casa Andina multiple chances during and after our stay so they could rectify. But management was clueless. They will charge everything immediately though, and you’ll pay US pricing, cause nothing else is around for miles, which could be a good thing. Nonetheless the attitude and negativity from most of their employees was evident. The long waits to get a “Hello” from someone, or a server inside an empty restaurant! It made no sense. One thing is certain, you’ll get charge premium pricing nevertheless your experience, and you won’t hear no apologies, because they are right. Lots of wasted potential IMO. Spend your hard earned dollars somewhere else. We went running back to real premium service in San Blas after 4 nights of waiting for the good service to manifest somehow.
