Our room was not the size we reserved. Apparently this location doesn’t have the larger rooms. So Expedia has false info. The floor hadn’t been vacuumed very well. The wardrobe was falling apart. But at $97 I suppose we get what we pay for.
I didn't like the place . The room was dirty & always smelled like cigarettes . The room supposed to have microwave but it didn't . I would never stay in the hotel it was terrible.
We did not get the rooms we reserved. One of our rooms was not able to unlock with our key because the lock was broke and had to be unlocked by staff every time we wanted in. The dead bolt was broke. It smelled of weed and was very filthy. Doors down the hall were locked in, door knobs were broke on doors. We were supposed to stay 3 nights but left after the first night as we felt very unsafe and it was a filthy hotel.
This is the worst place I’ve ever been! I reserved a king studio suite and first night was told it wasn’t available. No hot water , tv WiFi didn’t work. I told the lady at the front desk about my room, she said talk to management tomorrow morning. I did , they said we will have your room ready this afternoon. They did , nothing worked in that room either . When I went to complain they said I had to talk to management and they weren’t there, we left ! Place stinks , Terrible service. Place has roaches and prostitutes ! Health Department of Florence Ky needs to shut this place down! Wyndham needs to visit and fire staff and remodel the entire facility!
The room i recieved was not satisfactory in any way there were naked wires sticking out of the wall where a light fixture was missing. The toilet was empty of water there was a huge hole in the wall where the bathroom door had been slammed into it. Very poor condition. The front desk staff was very helpfull and apologetic and supplied me with a new room which was better. Breakfast was very minimal.
The standards at this place are low: worn and tired carpets and, wallpaper, decor. As I walked down the hallway to my room at 1:00 am (late flight), I could hear people partying loudly, children crying, doors opening and shutting. I felt unsafe. And the deadlock on my door didn't work. There was no remote in my room, and the WiFi didn't work.

Staff was friendly and helpful and were hard working decent people. Motel was plagued with rough types of characters A mouse came into the room. Very noisy at night with neighboring room occupants trying to drown out what seemed like suspicious sounding activities with the tv blaring. Constant door slamming.Looked like a one decent hotel now suffering.

Didn't like that someone was running a vacuum cleaner at midnight and woke us up. Also lots of noise fro the room above us. I asked why they put us in a room on the 1st floor right near the lobby. The person didn't know why because there were rooms available on the upper floors.

Damaged furniture, STRONG smoke smell, cigarette and other. So strong our clothes stank and when we returned home our luggage was rank. The breakfast our first morning (Saturday) was good- eggs, biscuits and gravy and then the standard cereal and waffle options. However the other mornings breakfast was horrible. They didn’t offer any eggs or hot items, only cereal as waffle mix. By the third day our key stopped working and we waited at the front desk for 15min before someone came to assist. They had no luggage carriers when we were leaving and no housekeeping. We stated we had 3 guests but were given two towels and they never would give us new or clean towels our whole stay.
The positive was their tv was a Samsung smart tv which a lot of hotels don’t have. The room was pretty overall other than the damaged furniture. We travel often and won’t return to this hotel though we’ll give the chain another chance.

Was hopeful, extremely disappointed.
I never write reviews.
However, the entire front lobby smelled like cigarette smoke, and the staff were smoking inside the building.
The picture on Hotels.com has to be at least a decade old. This hotel is literally falling apart. Rust and decay and shabbiness all around.
The staff were friendly and the linens were well cleaned though.
Everything else was horribly disappointing, I would look anywhere else in Florence and will probably avoid Wyndham again for any stays.
There is a photo, this was one of any hundred examples I could’ve taken. But everything is basically that level of “hospitable.”

I called before I got there and when I arrived Nikki was waiting for me at the front desk and had my clean room waiting for me.great stay and couldn't ask for more
Once again I was NOT let down when I came to check in here at Microtel Inn. Nikki had my keys and receipt ready to be signed. I walked into a clean room and had zero issues while I was there. Every shift was polite and quick when I needed a key remade or if I needed change to do laundry. Great stay....

Microtel Inn is great. Nikki (employee), is always extremely polite, courteous, and prepared when I arrive for my stays here at the Microtel Inn. Upon check in the hotel itself was already in disrepair with buckets everywhere in the lobby due to a leak in the plumbing or sprinklers. We were assigned a room upstairs. While walking down the hall to the room I notated that the carpet, walls, and everything were in a state of severe disrepair and the hallway had a faint smell of pet urine, cigarette smoke and mar!juana. The sign on the hotel lobby wall says no pets but we were clearly barked at by several dogs in rooms at the hotel. Upon entering our non smoking room we noted damaged carpet, peeling paint and a strong stale cigarette smoke odor. Inspection of the room further we foundwhat looked like burn marks on the desk. There was also an ashtray provided. The fridge was partially frozen over. Calling around we found everything else in the area booked up so we decided to tough it out. Sunday morning as we woke up a roach ran across our TV. Sunday night after our day with our friends we came back with a plan for an early bedtime. We took sleeping meds and got ready for bed around 930, but barely slept because after we turned the lights off, more roaches started coming out. Unfortunately since we had medicated we couldn't legally or safely drive and we were stuck for the night. I reached out for a refund and said I was not happy with only one night but it was better than nothing. They told hotels.com I refused their offer which is not true. If I could rate no stars I would.
Good for a very short stay but wouldn’t want to stay longer than a night or two. The was holes in the walls, the mattress was filthy. The bathroom shower got stuck on and had to call maintenance. Floor was stained and dirty needs a deep cleaning. Smelled very heavily of weed and cigarette smoke.
I didn't care for the atmosphere of the property. It seemed very outdated. The room smelled of stale smoke and the smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling by wires, bathroom fan did not work very disappointed with our stay we had the room above us stomping on the floor thru the night very hard to sleep we contacted front desk 2 times but didnt get any better. I would not recommend this place.
The elevator and hall smelled like pot everyday. Even though it says it's no smoking, cig smoke everywhere, doors open with music blasting, internet lagged because of their internet TV, heating element, desk and lamp were broken, bugs in the room, building is in poor repair.
Room was FILTHY. Legit looked like a room people did drugs in. The room was equivalent to a jail cell as far as cosmetics. There were ants everywhere in the room we left!!! Staff was pleasant but when we told them we were in this specific room and the guy said “they put you in there” so apparently that room wasn’t supposed to be used I don’t know! Either way avoid this place at all cost!!! We ended up going to Red Roof in because everywhere else was sold out and we had just came from a concert so we just needed somewhere clean to sleep for the night nothing fancy. Red Roof was a 10/10! I was surprised! Don’t waste your time here!!! We did get a refund for the nastiness!

Convenient to airport, reasonable price, and comfortable bed. Very impressed with the shuttle driver and the breakfast attendant.
Very disappointed that there was no cable tv or internet. I had returned from a 10-day trip and was planning to catch up on some work and there was no internet!! Staff expressed their frustration in getting it fixed!!! Also, the hot water was lukewarm.
Our family arrived around 8pm to the hotel, we booked our room about 30 minutes before we arrived. We booked a room with 2 queen beds and a sofa. They didn't have any rooms left and gave us 1 queen bed with a sofa. When we got to the room it was dirty. It was a non smoking room and there was a half burnt cigarette on the night stand with ashes in the floor. We left and did not stay. We were given a refund. The hotel staff was nice and did apologize. They issued a refund without any issues.
