My hotel room door wasn’t locking during my stay here and I only figured it out when I was checking out on my last day there. The bathroom shower was dirty and the drawers of the end tables were sticky. It was gross and unsafe.

Will not stay here again! The entire 2nd floor smelled like Marijuana! The rooms had a smell of mold mildew and a general stinch. The bathroom door frame had rusted out at the bottom and flared out. The staff person on duty was kind and considerate. The breakfast area was ok, not the best.

First of all my fridge doesn't work. And, the room needs to be updated. But the staff members are very nice and concerned about your issues. The only thing I don't like is smelling marijuana in the hallways and when you sit outside.

I liked that it was fairly close to the hospital but the walls were thin. The paint on the walls was bad. Poor lighting in the room. Carpets were stained. Door handles were raggedy.

Easy on/off highway. Just stayed for the night on a road trip. Indoor pool is closed for renovations. Free breakfast was very basic and minimal selection. Rooms are no frill, could use updating. Lock on my door was broken, not safe or secure. I hate the double charge for 2 pets. It’s one room, charge one pet fee.

Bathroom door wouldn’t slide closed, luckily I had a screwdriver and was able to rearrange and tighten the screws in the door track. Breakfast was awful. Only yogurt and diy waffles with no syrup.

I was in a pet friendly room, but even when & first checked in and got to the room, it was clear it wasn’t cleaned that well before I came in. The room also had a distinct dog urine smell. Past that, staff were decently friendly. And it was right off the highway.

From top to bottom, the whole hotel reeked of cigarettes and/or pot. The first room we were given wasn't clean as there was leftover food and trash from the previous occupant. Second room was slightly better but the bathroom and sink area was covered in mold.

It reeked of smoke, changed our room, it reeked of animal feces and urine. We did not stay the night and needed another location on Christmas Eve night. Very disappointing overall

Room window was opened whole floor smelled like smoke. My battery was out the alarm. Toilet wouldn’t flush: water running/ just horrible sleep in/ wonder it was cheap: I would like half my money or a free stay at another location

Worst experience
The people above us stomped and ran across the floor all night long. When they were asked to stop since the front desk informed them the room under them complained it became even worse and the deliberately became louder and didn’t stop! It started at midnight until 8am and I finally got up and left the hotel! Staff was nice but I don’t understand why in front of me at 5am they told the room above us we were the ones complaining because it only became worse!

Very disappointed, will not stay here again.
Poor desk help. Mattress was so old it was shaped like a bowl and absolutely horrible to try to sleep on. Mold in the shower, broken loose towel rack. Elevator made horrible noises and I was worried bout its safety. Overpriced.

My stay
Check in was fast, and friendly. The room was NOT as clean as it should've been. The bathroom had hair in the shower, and the toilet had feces stains around it. Luckily, we bought cleaning supplies with us

Awning was small. The check in was slow. Another guest was allowed to yell at me during checkin. When I walked by the same guest telling her to her hurry up and move her car, apparently it wasn’t okay but it was okay for her. Just rude of staff all the way around. Would not stay here again or recommend to friends.
