Do Not Stay in this HOTEL!!! When we pulled up to the hotel, there was a homeless couple sitting on two chairs at the entrance to the hotel. There were ants all over the bathroom floor and in the sink. The vents in the air conditioner were broken, the curtains were stained, the bedding had stains all over it and the towels were so dingy and several had black stains on them. The screens in the windows were hanging out of the windows and most had tears in them. We stayed for 3 nights - didn't have a choice we were there for the Eclipse and there were no other vacancies anywhere - and our room was never cleaned, even after we asked several times. After further investigation, the state of Ohio gives vouchers to the homeless to stay in this hotel. Stay somewhere else, this place is disgusting!

Manager was very rude. He would not answer the phone for Expedia, claiming he was busy, but he was just sitting there doing nothing. The place was advertised as having a hot tub, but it does not, and it's been gone for a while; this was the only reason I stayed further away from my event. I asked for a refund because they don't have the things they offer. The room was a hot mess; the TV remote didn't work. I booked a king-size bed, but they had a pad under the sheet that didn't fit the bed; I think it was for a queen-size bed. There were very loud people after me who also wanted a refund because the room was very dirty. The couch was all stained up, and I'm pretty sure this place has bugs. I will never stay here again, even if it was free.

Room was not clean. Although bed was fixed, I suspected sheets may not have been changed. Bed spread was balled up on the couch not on the bed. Room smelled like Indian food. Strong smell of curry. There were clothes in the closet from previous occupants. Floor was not vacuumed and was stained. Only 1 towel and 1 wash cloth in room. I suspect it was an unused left over from previous occupant. Shower was nasty and uncleaned. There were stains and toothpaste residue. Check-in staff was helpful but when I complained about the room at checkout, all I got was apologies and a promise to have a manager call me. Manager never called but did text with number. After 3 attempts to return text/call to manager, I never was able to get a response. This place was not worth the money and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Quality over not-so-Super 8
After a disastrous experience for several hours at nearby Super 8, I could not brag enough about the 1000% improvement here! I have enjoyed a great experience for a week now at this fine hotel. Trash and Breakfast
The hotel is old and needs some TLC. The king bed was on a queen frame so the bed was weird, hung over, which made it dip. There was trash the sat in the hallway in front of several rooms the 3 days I was there. I don't know if people live there, but no one cleaned the 2nd floor. Matthew checked me in, he was very nice. Oh, breakfast was suppose to be until 10am, I went down at 9:40/9:45 the 1st morning and everything was put up. The breakfast guy was very inconvenienced by me wanted breakfast. "Well we've already put things away, so uhhh, I'm not sure if we can bring stuff back out."

My husband and I stayed overnight visiting family for the holiday. The hotel was convenient and close to our destination. Staff was very polite and accommodating. Our room was not up to our standards with cleanliness. There was a deodorant left on the desk chair, baseboards were covered in dust, and walk-in shower floor was stained and dirty.

It was filthy, hair in the shower and on the pillows.Toenail clipping all over the carpet. The hallways looked like they had never been vacuumed. Loud parties all night/ till the sun came up. The smell of weed everywhere. “Free breakfast” was waffles, toast, muffin,coffee. Juice machine didn’t work. The breaker blew every time some used the waffle maker, toaster ans microwave at the same time. So people has to stager when fixing breakfast. No fruit till the last day. The rule posted outside of the elevator was 2 person occupancy.Has to ask the desk for towels everyday or you where not getting towels. The beds were so hard and yellow stains on the pillows. This place should be shut down. The person working the front desk was where a ratty white tshirt and pains covers in paint and torn. Worst hotel I have ever been in!

Great no-charge (self serve) breakfast - coffee, tea, juice, muffins, omlets, etc. Room furniture somewhat old, but a fantastic bed. My go-to motel for 40 years.

From the time i checked in it was a disaster. The first room the game me there was already a person staying in it when i walked in. Then they gave me a 2nd room...when i walked in the maid had not even cleaned it yet(and i checked in at 530pm). I went back to the front where they proceeded to tell me the maid went home with the room list so they dont know whats clean or dirty. The 3rd room she promised was ok...when i went to it the bed sheets were pulled back, there was a used towel just thrown on the counter and the toilet had a used freshly used stain in it. Needless to say i went back to the front and to my amazement they offered me a 4th room with the hopes it would be better. I went in and it was ok to stay in with exception of some stains on the wall. Me and my wife felt we had enough and decided we would take it and bare the stains.(pictures included). Friday night we were awoken to an argument in the hall at 2am. Apparently someone was knocking on doors waking people up. This stay was a complete disaster for me and my wife. When i checked out i asked the manager for a discount for all my troubles and the manager said NO because i booked through hotels.com he said i would have to deal with you. The ball is in your court. I booked 4 rooms total as i was there for a wedding with family. All rooms we as upset as me and hoped for a discount. Please get back to me about this issue. Thanks

The property was ok. A little sketchy at first because police driving around the area a lot. Desk lady was nice and friendly. Room was kinda dirty. Bed was not comfortable but sheets seemed clean… no bed bugs. There was obviously some seriously messy sex scenes made on the loveseat 😲 Spills on the walls and questionable stains on bed skirt and carpet. If you aren’t picky it’s ok but should be cheaper.

Great value
Hotel was clean, friendly staff, good variety for continental breakfast. Comfy beds with substantial blankets and plenty of pillows. Will stay again next time I'm in the area.

One night
Location is great. Close to the freeway and lots of food and shopping. The bed was comfortable. Plenty of clean towels the shower was amazing lots of hot water and great water pressure. The t.v was weird it would be loud and the volume would be so low you couldn't hear. The carpet was almost black with stains.

Clean rooms, nice staff, stores and restaurants close to the building. The only thing I would change is that breakfast lasted longer. They only serve breakfast until 9am, and I woke up at 9:30am 😅

Had immate problem with key cards. Over the 24 hour stag we had to exchange keys three times. The door leading to the parking lat was broken and would not open. Problem with air conditioning, did not work after two thirty AM. Horrible stay, will not return!!
