The only thing about this property that was clean was the lobby. I had a 1st floor room that was by an exit door that didn’t latch. The strike plate on the door to my room was not secure and was falling off. The carpet in my room was so dark and dingy, it looked like it has never been shampooed. The chairs in the room had visible dark stains. The comforter on the bed did not look clean and had burn holes in them, and the AC didn’t work. The hallways looked like they had not been vacuumed in a week. I didn’t even stay the night, it was nasty and I ended up just driving the rest of the way home. Also, they took $100 dollar deposit for the room….which would make sense if the room wasn’t dirty, the outside doors were secure, etc. 10/10 do NOT recommend this property at all. I should have asked for a refund.

I had drove 13 hours was exhausted I laid down went sleep seen hole in tub and all stuff messed up yellow stains on sheets I didn't report it now they saying they had force themself in room when I left room open. And now there damages that was already there was my fault they ng to charge me 150 more and took 50 deposit saying they had video of room before and after we left

The property itself wasnt bad. Still looks like they are doing work on the building but its been the way for the last 2 years. They charge a $100 deposit for anyone who the consider local, including towns that up to 1 to 1 and half hours away. Plus a $50 deposit if you pay with cash. They do not tell you that til you checkin nor does it list on their website. We paid all the deposits we had to pay (total of $140) amd then the next day they kicked my friend out while i was at work. They said the dog wasnt allowed eventhough we paid the deposit and his name wasnt listed yet at checkin they never asked his name and they knew about the dog. Sèems like they want to take your money but not provide the services which we paid for

When I was arrive, I’ll see the front desk guys. They explain to another older lady very nicely and after I am checking, they show me correct direction to the room. Staff is very friendly and the property is renovated nicely new furniture bed it’s awesome.

I will never stay at this property again….cheaper is not always better….we had 2 rooms on separate floors…..they both was dirty…..the first night we found bed bugs & roaches in one of the rooms & the other one was freezing cold…..so we checked out of one room the first night…..the second night we found bed bugs in the room that was freezing cold…..should’ve checked out of both rooms the first night….but will never stay at this property again

Check in was quick and smooth. Mattress on one of the two beds was horrible. Too tired to even complain. Keys reset after first night so had to get new ones next day. Had a sick family member in the hospital and sister couldn’t get her key reset when she went because it wasn’t the license of person who checked in. We were on shifts staying with dad at hospital so she had to drive back and have me go to get her a key. Just inconvenient for her to even be able to rest. Will book somewhere else next trip.

Downstairs bathroom filthy. No blankets on the beds. Cigarette burn on the toilet seat. No breakfast even though its advertised the is one. Charged $20 for third person in the room. Front desk staff standoffish and not friendly at all.

Poor quality and Expedia advertises that breakfast will be served. Upon arrival there was a note at front desk saying that no breakfast would be served. I was completely uncomfortable and left within an hour and a half of being there to check into the Best Western Plus that was 3 blocks away

Desk chair was missing a wheel so if you sit down it would tip. Could not get water to turrn on to take a shower. Ask for a discount at checkout but was told there was no manager there.

Bathroom and vanity lights don’t work. Only 2 of 3 lights in room work and some out the outlets don’t work. No blankets or extra amenities.
