Terrible experience both during and while trying to resolve issues. Positives: convenient location and some staff that attempt to help resolve issues. Negatives: 1st and 3rd (2nd room had do not disturb sign and they weren't sure if it was occupied) had many pieces of hair in the tub, random trash around the room like a children's makeup compact and sticky substances on the 1st rooms closet door. The hot water didn't work and the stopped flushing toliet in the 3rd room. Discovered the housekeeper had her small, probably 1 to 2 years old, daughter with her cleaning rooms which is probably why they weren't clean. Got tired of switching rooms, which you have to remove all items go to front desk then get new room key which is more of a hassle, so I asked for cleaning supplies and cleaned the tub myself. When I called for either a partial or full refund I was denied and told I could speak to the hotel to dispute. I called and the manager wouldn't provide her name, claimed I should have told her all of the issues at checkout, I had mentioned the hot water and toliet as the others I had already addressed with her employees, and she called me rude and hung up after I told her it was not my responsibility to track her down, didn't even know who she was, to give her a play by play of how much of a disaster that hotel is. Please save yourself the headache and money and find somewhere else.
