This place was horrible, with no customer service and no one at the front desk. I arrived in the early morning of November 4 and knocked for 40 minutes before someone appeared; the front desk guy was just sleeping. I later found out that my booking was cancelled because I had arrived on the morning of November 4, even though I intentionally booked it from November 3 to avoid waiting for the 3 pm check-in time on November 4. However, they cancelled my booking since I didn't arrive on November 3. When I inquired how it was possible to get a room if my flight landed at 5 am and the check-in time was at 3 pm, and I couldn't start booking a day earlier, he said he didn't know and that nobody could help because management would be there on Monday. Then he said he had to go home, left, and there was no one at the front desk. When I reached out to Expedia, they tried to call the front desk, but there was no one, so I had to find another place to stay. This place still doesn't want to give a refund for the cancellation made on their end. They could not care less about their customers; avoid this place by all means. This level of disregard for customer welfare is unacceptable, and I am exploring legal options for redress, including filing a formal complaint with consumer protection agencies and seeking legal counsel for potential breach of contract.
