Did not meet the website expectations. Restaurant did not operate each evening. Breakfast was limited and often full of flies in the restaurant. Rooms were old and not cleaned throughly each day. Main door to each room was locked by a padlock! Free shuttle was a very dirty small car, that looked as though it had never been cleaned.

This hotel is like a beautiful Thai oasis in the middle of the city. Beautiful, traditional Thai decor with a delightful courtyard pool. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend to anyone.

Don't Book Here! We had to cancel our plans to Thailand due to COVID. All hotels and airlines were willing to work with us in some way or another except this hotel. They refused to help but gladly took our money. They wouldn't take any of our calls or calls from the Expedia rep that was doing his best to help us. I understand the current situation is not their fault but they way they handled the situation was not professional by any means. Severe lack of customer service.

A peaceful oasis in the old town of Changmai. Lovely pool, a very pleasant breakfast area and decent offerings. We had a large room with jetted tub and balcony for under $100usd a night including breakfast.

Traditional Thai style decor with a fantastic central courtyard with a pool and ponds filled with koi and cute tiny frogs. Very helpful and friendly staff. This is a small hotel so the concierge doesn’t arrive before 9 am to arrange tours, but was helpful when there. It is a short (10 minutes or less) walk to the magnificent Wat Phra Singh. Complimentary breakfast included Asian and western dishes, yogurt, and an omelet bar. Highly recommend!

A gem in the old city
This a real gem of a place to stay in the old city section of Chiang Mai. Nice breakfast in the morning, down the street from the night market, lots to do within walking distance and a really friendly staff. The rooms are oversized, clean, have spa tubs and are bug free. Spending time in the warm and beautiful pool is a treat at the end of a long day.

Great location. Big, spacious rooms with friendly staff. Pool area was lovely. The most disgusting thing were the pigeons walking around the breakfast area, hopping on/off tables and pecking at ingredients on display at the noodle stand.

Staff friendly, rooms clean and spacious, good breakfast and beautiful grounds. The major problems N) hot water at times and Toilets do not flush properly at all and we were informed not to place any toilet paper in the bowl - this was very inconvenient and we will not stay there again unless this changes.

SPA按摩浴缸不良，換了一個房間之後更慘，機器故障，自動吸水亂噴，告知服務人員，他說別的房間也曾發生過這種情形，他不會維修要等明天才可以請人維修，因為我們晚上九點才洗澡，服務人員無法處理也沒有立刻請我們換房間，一直到晚上11點多才告訴我們可以換房間，但是我們已經要睡覺了，隔天就退房要搭機返國，完全沒有聽到對方任何道歉的話語！

The Pingviman is a beautiful oasis in old town, close to many markets, excellent restaurants, and shops. The staff was incredibly accommodating and gracious, including the travel agent who went above and beyond to secure amazing experiences in Chiangmai and in our other destinations. Our room was beautiful and clean, the breakfast very extensive and delicious, and everything about our stay was lovely. Highly recommend!!!!

Staff was absolutely fantastic and helpful. Room extra large and spacious. Pool ultra clean and a welcome relief from the heat at the end of the day. Garden and surrounds beautiful. Good selection of foods, both Western and Asian at breakfast. A restful oasis in the old city.

very pretty and nice facility. Didn't get to use the pool due to the weather, but it looked great. Breakfast was okay. Really nice to be so close to so many things we wanted to do in Chaing Mai.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The rooms were big and spacious, also very clean. Good location and well worth booking here. I also enjoyed the freshly cooked noodle soup at breakfast - yum!!

Love this hotel! Rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are fantastic! Service is astounding and the breakfast was great as well! Awesome location and well priced for being inside the city walls.

The room was huge and so beautiful. The breakfast was good. The male staff were more friendly and helpful than the females. Close to the airport. Nice bar/rest very close by.

次泊まるかは微妙。
総合的には素敵なホテルでした。 朝食も美味しかったです。 ホテルの従業員はとても感じが良かったです。 残念なところは 入り口への階段の他スロープがあるのに、そのスロープへあがるのに結構や段差があること。 スロープの意味…？ フロントから部屋への通路も段差、 部屋へあがるエレベーターの前にも段差… キャリー持ってると大変です。 フロントから部屋へは外を通るので、 雨が降ったらビチャビチャです。 フロントで傘はかりれますが。 ジャクジーのある部屋に泊まりましたが、 お湯をためてスイッチを入れると、 ジャクジーから出た水垢で大変なことになりました。 ソープを入れてもう一度お湯をためて、綿棒でジャクジーの穴を掃除して、 何とか入ることが出来ました。 洗面所に長い髪の毛(私も主人も長くないです)があったり、 トランクを置く棚の下はほこりだらけでした。 残念です。

I saw a insect in bathroom. Quality of Breakfast should be improved. Less selection. Duration of breakfast time lot should be extended one more hour. Now is 7~10. Too rush
