I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent stay at your hotel and to request a refund for the following reasons:
1. Cleanliness: Upon entering the room, I was dismayed to find it in an unsatisfactory condition. The surfaces were visibly dirty, and it was evident that thorough cleaning had not been conducted prior to my arrival. This lack of cleanliness was highly concerning and unacceptable.
2. Odor: Throughout my stay, there was a pervasive smell of marijuana in the hallways and even within my room. This not only made the environment unpleasant but also raised concerns regarding the enforcement of hotel policies and the safety of guests.
3. Pest Infestation: Regrettably, I also encountered roaches in the room, which was distressing and deeply concerning. Discovering such pests in a hotel room is not only unpleasant but also poses health risks to guests.
These issues significantly detracted from the overall experience and left me feeling disappointed and dissatisfied. As a paying guest, I expect a certain standard of cleanliness and comfort, which unfortunately was not met during my stay at your establishment.
