I wasn't fond of a feature that seems to be non-existent in Philipine accommodations, namely the lack of amenities for the disabled. This was shown as I slipped in the shower in our first room. Fortunately there waer no serious injuries. After reporting the incident, I was immediately seen by the hotel nurse and we were transferred to another room with the safety features that were missing in the first room. The rest of our visit was much better even though the only English language entertainment on the TV was HBO, limiting our viewing enjoyment.

The front dest staff was really helpful. Specially when I arrived early. They did try to check me in as early as possible.

The room is super clean but in the swimingpool the smell is not too good. Plus some customers used their underwear to have a swim. In the hotel they are very sctrict about not allowing me to go to the gym because I had sandals and not trainers to use the gym. However, they allowed some customers to swim using their underwear which it is absolutely disgusting.

Nice property excellent staff service and easy walk to large mall with all you need. Bed very comfotable and bed spread outstanding. Liked if need very nice buffett all three meals.

Layout of the room was okay, but not the best. Shower wasn't designed well and leaked into the bathroom. Overall clean.

Courteous and very helpful staff. They deserve more than a minimum wage; they deserve a raise. Location is close to all amenities - mall, restaurants, church.. Restaurant has good selection of different cuisines at a reasonable price.

Staff is great. Nice hotel but the rooms could do with some maintenance. There was always water on smooth tiles floor after a shower. At least the floor tiles weren’t broken like my last room here. Lots of beggars in the area. In between two main roads so lots of horns. The router on the ceiling had a blue light that lit up the room at night. Nice bed, pillows and comforter.

The staff are excellent. The floor tiles in the bathroom were broken and moved when you stepped on them. The shower door didn’t close so there was water on smooth tile after a shower causing a slipping hazard. The internet was flaky and would cut out even though the repeater was in the room. The repeater connect lights would shine on you in bed.

6日間宿泊しましたが、とても快適に過ごすことができました。中でもプールは最高で、お酒を飲みながら楽しめてとてもいいです。部屋も比較的快適でしたが、水の補充を忘れていたり、シャワールームの掃除がされなかったりなどがありましたが、基本的にこちらから申し出ればすぐに対応してくださります。ホテル入り口にはスタッフがおり、困っているとすぐに声をかけてくれるなど安心できる環境でした。このホテルはみんなにお勧めしたいです。

It’s a high rise hotel but nothing fancy . The Ayala shopping mall is across a very busy highway, it’s walkable but scary to cross the roads. The streets have homeless kids and panhandler. The staff need to smile more with or with gratuity.

The towels looks not washed . Its was no longer white and no face towel. I was disappointed with the towels otherwise the staff are friendly and helpful. I always stayed away Quest and the breakfast buffet was not the same before. For the price its not worth it. Location is great

初めての宿泊でしたがお部屋も綺麗で良かったです。 シャワーも暖かく水圧もありました。シャワー室の排水は少し悪かったですが問題はない程度だと思います。 角部屋で開放感がありましたが、道路が近いからか夜中も色々な音は聞こえました。泊まった階が上の方だったので私は気になりませんでした。 食事はしませんでしたが、ショッピングモールまでがとても近く良かったです！

部屋はおもったよりせまかったですが 海外には珍しくシャワーの圧がつよくてよかったです😊ホテルもきれいで近くにモールがあるのでご飯はたべにいきやすいです。 個人店的なとこにいきたい人には不向きかもしれません。お部屋にスリッパがないのがすこしこまりました💧お友達の部屋にはスリッパあったらしいので置き忘れかもしれませんが^^;

Nothing as too much trouble the quest being asked if they had any issues as a winner for me attention to detail in all areas and staff communication again excellent 1 observation the pool bar communication needs work so many times the bar steward had to leave to either collect food coffees or instigate your bill leaving the bar empty for quite some time otherwise will be returning to this excellently priced hotel Chris Keir
