Denise was absolutely amazing! Her customer service was right on point. My husband got food poisoning while we were staying on the Queen Mary but was still sick once we got to Catalina. Upon checking out of our hotel, the Glenmore, he was still not feeling well. Denise agreed to let us stay in the room until 3:30 pm, the time we had to get to the ferry to get back to Long Beach. The location of the hotel is perfect, right downtown, and the hosts are absolutely amazing, wonderful and so welcoming. We will absolutely come back and stay at this hotel, no hesitation. Thank you Denise and company 🌞

Great Time

The locals hang out after a night at the local bar and yell and make a lot of noise up to 2am, each night. Other than that we had a great time. Room and bathrooms are larger than expected and newly remodeled. Easy walk to the beach, pier, and Catalina Express. Owners were very helpful when we asked for recommendations or directions.
