Ordered 5 rooms for 2 nights. One room the shower was broke. They would not change the room but instead have repair come into the room while belongings were still their and try fixing the shower. 2 family members had to wait in lobby while they worked just to realize the repair was not going to happen, and now supervisor agreed to change room. Water ran out quickly in all showers to cold. Put a $500 deposit hold on my card fir 3 days to get back. This place post on different websites breakfast is included but BEWARE ITS NOT.

We arrived in the early afternoon and hotel staff refused to allow early check in. Problem was we were stuck there and there was only one seat in the lobby the size of a show box. And there was no place close by we could walk to to pass the time. The road didn’t even have a sidewalk. We’ve stayed there in the past but will never stay at a Windham property again. .

Don’t book this pathetic hotel. It’s not a hotel, a lodge at best. Guests smoking weed, no elevator, room lacks basic facilities. Shady location of the property. Not suitable for family stay.

None of the telephones work in the rooms and also there is a huge gap between the floor the doors leading into the hotel rooms and it causes huge drafts of cold air to come in…. on top of that, I thought I had left my iPad charger in the room and the guy behind the counter, gave me an attitude and would not even go check in the room.. he said if housekeeping would’ve found it, they would’ve brought it.. I said, can we go check he said he was too busy.. Never staying again

TERRIBLE ! Odeur terrible de cannabis et de tabac. Mentionne que c’est des chambres et hôtel non fumeur, vois un monsieur fumer en passant devant ma porte de chambre. Refus de changer de chambre. Ils m’ont offert seulement un spray désodorisant pour résoudre le problème. TERRIBLE ne pas réservé. J’ai quitté les lieux je n’ai pas séjourné la-bas. Refus de remboursement ou autre. J’ai été le 30 décembre, l’hôtel était vide. J’aurais du porter attention sur les commentaires négatifs et ne pas me fier aux photos. Ce n’est pas le même endroit sur photo qu’en vrai !

Stay there only if you want to save money
Stay at this hotel under only one condition, you need to save money. Otherwise, don’t stay. Far away from manhattan besides the bus station is very close. Unit 112 in bad condition, electricity don’t worry well, bath whit bad slow draining. Noises from unit 114 is like to be inside unit 112. Bad experience

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for one night and within the first two hours, we figured out quickly how funky the place was. Our phone to call front desk was broken, there was already used soap in the shower, there was a splatter of something on the shower curtains I couldn’t even name, and our tv didn’t work. We checked reviews while there and saw that people had experiences with bed bugs, which would’ve been a automatic no for me (I really should’ve read the reviews first haha). We booked this hotel because it was cheap, but you really do get what you pay for. Please consider paying more for a better hotel environment, you’ll thank yourself later!
