Staff was extremely friendly. The room was very clean when we checked in! However, neither tv worked, the lamp didn’t work, and we only got 3 towels for a room that sleeps 6! But we made it work. Overall we were pleased with the hotel. The location was great, so easy to get to the boardwalk/beach and the price for a suite sleeping 6 was great!!!

You should take this off your web page was nothing like your pictures. Room never cleaned garbage never taken and fought tooth and nail for towels. 8pm and still didn’t have clean towels. I asked other people the said the same

Stay far away
Unfortunately I have NOTHING positive to say about this hotel. The room was scented with bleach upon arrival. Door had air pockets and was challenging to open. Air conditioners were old and noisy. Towels were threadbare. Sink was so small. A local “water main break” caused the water to run brown. We had to check out early due to the circumstances and were not given any compensation. Rooms are way overpriced for the conditions.

Eh not the best
Get up to the room. Door knobs are so old the keys barely work. Bathroom and shower were not previously cleaned and filthy. Water was coming out yellow from tub and sink. Floors were disgusting and had bugs everywhere. Blinds kept coming off. Refrigerator was gross and sticky. 3 stars

You get what you pay for. It’s your basic wildwood motel. It’s a place to sleep and shower after being on the beach and boardwalk all day. It was cleanish. Floors could use a good mop so I would keep socks on.

Absolutamente no lo recomiendo
No lo recomiendo, no limpian las habitaciones, las cubrecamas estaban llenas de polvo y hay chinches no logramos dormir comodo por la picason en el cuerpo, este establecimiento deberia de ser supervisisado por la ciudad, definitivamente mala experiencia no regresaria de nuevo.

Place is very dirty. TV is awful. Shower was gross. Soap bars are ancient and broken. Towels were dirty. I leave at 600am nobody on duty to take the key. No key slot either.

not safe - don’t stay there
It was awful. Room was large but very old and the facility used regular old keys. Our friends room was broken into and robbed (the man was found in their room with their credit cards and money) and was arrested. Our door had been opened with no sign of forced entry. Terribly frightening. We all left that night and the manager refused to even credit us for one night. His comment was “people get broken into and robbed everywhere, it’s not his problem”. It was a horrible experience to have our kids see a man get padded down and arrested on the hotel balcony of where we were staying at.

Cant wait to return next year!!
When my family and I arrived, I showed the front desk my confirmation code that the website gave me, but there was no reservation listed as hotels.com screwed up. But, the front desk was more than accommodating, had a beautiful room for us and let us check in at 130. The room was sterilized, immaculate and trust me I checked! My only gripe was the amount of unsupervised kids at the pool, but the hotel clerk jumped in and rectified the situation. This is my third time at this hotel and by far the best visit yet!

I was very disappointed in and scared to catch bedbugs or something of that sprt while sleeping there. The room floors were dirty. My childs feet were black with dirt when he qalked batefoot around the 2 bedroom suite. The towels had curly hairs inbedded in them. The pool water was green. The phone in the room did not work. The tv in the backroom did not work. The batteries in the main rooms tv remote were missing. The tub floor was dirty. I found a cockaroach in a folded towel. Pros- property is close the boardwalk and their is awawa two blocks away.

Do no stay here.
Everything was so dirty. We couldn’t even walk around our room without our shoes on the floors were disgusting. Everything was so dirty and not taken care of. There was a stool mess in the toilet when we arrived. So they didn’t even clean the toilet. Absolutely disgusting. There was so much stuff floating in the pool. That was so dirty. Everything was just disgusting.

Place was very dirty,electric kept shutting off every time i used microwave or stove,was not giving the room that i ask for ,one day they did not clean the pool trash and dirty laundry towels rags sheets were thrown out rooms and were left there all day one night rain fell and multiple rooms were flooded out.

I liked how there were so many different options for rooms. The only problem is because of the pandemic pools were not opened but the stay was still enjoyable. The bathrooms and floors were very dirty and I did not feel comfortable showering in the room.

Rooms were very spacious however the floor needs to be mopped. The floor was dirty on the same day we checked in. The shower curtain also had some hair that the previous customer had shed.

Motel in need of a facelift.
The rooms are very dated. The water pressure was very low and hard to get a refreshing shower. We were looking forward to using the the hot tube which was always full of small children and no warm water. Despite the conditions, we had a great visit in wildwood!

It was filthy. The room was gross, floors dirty, bathroom dirty. There was mold on the ceiling and several places around the room with miscellaneous substances on them. The doors aren’t aligned so even with them shut there was still a gap at the top and bottom. There was another persons hair everywhere, on everything, including any towels that were brought to us. There was no information on the hotel at all in the room. The free WiFi either wasn’t on or working and when it was the connection was so poor you couldn’t use it. There was no option to put a do not disturb on the door for housekeeping so we felt rushed out of the room each day by them. Just a run down and awfully dirty motel.

Isle of the palm review.
The hotel was accommodating with early arrival and late departure, as well as extra pillows and blankets. Checkin was easy. Went there for use of hot tub, but they left little kids play in it and splash a good bit of the water out, so it wasn't very relaxing. Kids left in pool unattended by adults a good bit of the time. If they are going to have rules, they need to enforce them. They had no info book in room, and no phones to call front desk. The wifi also did not work.

The rooms were so dirty and outdated. Light bulbs missing from lamps, water damage in the ceilings, missing blinds, broken furniture. The list could just go on and on.
