Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié votre séjour et que vous aimiez notre jolie maison :) On peut d'habitude se garer dans la rue tranquille de l'hôtel, mais avec l'été qui est arrivé en mai cette année, de nombreuses personnes vont à la plage et on a un peu plus de difficultés en journée. Nous faisons notre possible pour vous aider, et vous pouvez aussi utiliser le parking public voisin (payant) après avoir déposé vos bagages à l'entrée de l'hôtel... c'est une solution temporaire d'ici cet été. Bonjour, I am sorry that you were not satisfied with your stay, and take good notice of your comment. In late April we had just reopened and the housekeeper has since taken care of the inconveniences you note. Your rooms were ground floor standard, with direct access on the garden. I'm afraid that this category is not what you should have chosen - we are there to help on booking if you need. The hot/cold system is individual for each room, so the temperature problem should have been solved easily? Parking not included is advertised in the hotel description, as well as the included / extra services. Sincerely Yours,

Dear Mr Riley, we understand your disappointment and are sorry for that. We could not stay open for just a few rooms, with a lot of cancellations due to Covid security reasons in October. The situation for hotels and tourism after 2 years of pandemic is already complicated enough and made us take the decision. We did our very best to stay open with the same quality and offer despite all the cancellations and complications, and are now doing works in the garden and the rooms. Let's hope that 2022 will be a new reunion with all our guests, and do not hesitate to call us directly to avoid extras and get help on booking. Yours very Sincerely,
