A booking with Wotif, a confirmationfrom wotif about the payment. In the hotel no room available. So paid for nothing. Had to sleep in the car wirh 2 kids. Thank you worif for this really bad expirience. Never again with wotif!

A bit worn down, outside area could do with some care and maintainance. Couch in the room had many different kinds of stains, but the room was otherwise fine. Biggest issue was the wifi, only able to connect by the reception, and not in the rooms, and this was a known issue by the staff. Staff was nice and caring.

Aircon didnt work very well so had a very hot sleep. Pillows were empty and uncomfortable.

Quick stay
This hotel is close to the airport (8km) and after staying out of Cairns for a holiday it was a good place for a sleepover before an early morning flight. My room wasn't aircondioned and was hot, but the fan worked well Shower was good.

So so place
Only a so so accommodation. Room was tiny for a queen and single bed. Shower was basic. No service was provided for our room during 4 night stay. Parking was okay.

The property does not look near as nice as the photos. The shared bathrooms are horrible. The pool look disgusting It’s a long way from anything of interest or anywhere to have a meal. I would not stay here again.

I arrived late first night of a 6 day booking. The room pictured on Wotif was nothing like what we got. Tiny, stank like sewage from a pipe in the bathroom, shower rose missing. Leaves all over reception area landing, unswept. Night manager moved us to a nicer room first night that we couldn’t have for the rest of the stay, so we bailed, with the promise of a refund. 2 weeks of calling them, getting fobbed off by a need to call the receptionist’s supervisor, no refund. Taking up with Wotif. The attitude that doesn’t smell that smell and rents it to you anyway, then won’t move to issue a refund- no one cares. They are all there only in a job they don’t want to be in. We moved to Trinity Beach Club apartments- so good, owner operated, lovely from the first moment. Donyourself a favour and keep scrolling on Bohemia “Resort”.

The beds were uncomfy as hell. Rooms were just a little untidy in general. Aircom worked but was of old style. Went in the off season so atleast place was quiet. If youre looking for cheap stay. No worries. But spent an extra 15 to 25 a day and stay at a better location.

The pool and all the children swimming was awesome! I liked the on-site laundry and cooking room!! What I did not like was that On-site parking was extremely limited and I had to park my hire car out across the street!

We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment. It’s excellent value for $230. It sleeps 7 very comfortably with two bathrooms. Air conditioning in every room, washing machine and dryer. We loved the very generous pool and spa. Even though the apartment is dated it had absolutely everything we needed and was very spacious. Our family of five would stay again.

Price was the driving cause. Whilst tidy and clean the room (59) we had is poorly laid out. Almost impossible to plug into the power point without moving the refrigerator out. The above the bed shelf is dangerous if not aware during the night you can hit your head on the corner when getting up. Gabriel (Staff) helpful.

早朝５時着の便でケアンズ到着。６時頃からカフェが営業してるから時間をつぶせると聞いていたが、実際には我ら老夫婦は機内でほとんど寝られずヘロヘロ。どこかで仮眠しないと辛すぎる。だめもとでアーリーチェックインにトライ。ホテルへ行ってみたら、受付開始がそもそも７時からということで３０分くらい待つことに。ジャスト７時にスタッフが来て無事アーリーチェックイン出来た。しかも無料！いつもなのかたまたま空いてたからなのかわからないけど助かりました。ＧＪですフロントのおねえさん。 部屋は古いわ、狭いわ、水圧低いわ、導線的にも使いにくいわで、外見と比べて見劣りします。プールとかカフェとかは良い雰囲気なんだけどね。でも値段相応かも・・・ ケアンズの市街地の中でも中心部からはかなり離れている。徒歩３０分弱。タクシーならすぐだけど微妙に勿体ない気がしてしまう程度の距離。当然ながら近所に飲食店なども無いに等しい。そのぶん静かでオーストラリアの住宅地の雰囲気はあるかな。

King Resort Room was not 30sqm, you could barely move around the bed, the toilet was almost in the shower, the bathroom tap was broken, the shower caddy was rusted and broken, the TV was tiny and so high up that you couldn’t watch it. The doors are not sealed so it was extremely noisy at all hours of the night. Without some serious renovations I would not recommend this place at all

Shared bathroom and toilets. Other guests chatting in the hallway after 11pm on night 1. Night two was a little better once the noisey family checked out. However another guests then started with door slamming at midnight.

If you get in late and cant wait to go to bed in a nice clean venue then this is not the place for you, Found hair in the bed and on the pillow, slept on the couch and venue did not care just said too bad.

Should not be advertised as a Resort even if it does have a pool. Dirty. with food spilt on top of the refrigerator and not cleaned. Shower facility - broken shower, nowhere to put soap or shampoo except the floor, floor not clean. Night staff unhelpful when it came to recommending somewhere to eat. Gave incorrect advice, taps leaking tiny TV not working properly. PUTS ME OFF USING WOTIF
