The room door when you closed it air comes through a crack on the bottom right. Nobody was ever in the office you always had to call a personal number.
We arrived approximately 7pm and there was understandably no one there. We called out 3 or 4 times and about 15 mins later a woman came out. No greeting or apology for us waiting. I understand English was a second language but it came off as very rude

Very old- room smelled old and musty- when checking in and checking out the “owner” didn’t even say a single word to us

Room was excellent, but no coffee in room. And no coffee made in lobby in evening............parking lot needs some attention to condition.
The rooms qere OK but the service was awful. The man qorking the feont desk was VERY rude. His attitude was negitive and he was short and mean whever a question was asked or i needed assistance. Maybe he should choose a profession where he doesn't have to work woth people. We Ll have bad days but he had bad days everyday i was there and i was there for 3 days . If you want a decent and cheap room this is the place. If you want a pleasant customer service, forget about it
The room was terrible. Moldy and mildew from water leak. Standing water in bathroom under ceramic tile. Hopefully we will not get sick from staying here.

TV cable doesnt work. Night manager told us there would be no refund. Couldnt change rooms due to sold out. Have to stay just to be sure i get some of my moneys worth. Paid $115. This place is unkept. Poor condition and bad location. Was offered discount to stay again for my trouble. Never again

Property had moldy smell. Took long time to check in as there was no one around to check me in.

First room assigned someone had already been in there. Bed and sheets all messed up like someone there. Second room door lock didn’t want to open. Didn’t feel it was clean and didn’t sleep well. I had concern for the safety of my car. Matting on walkway was bubbles and trip hazard. Floor felt sticky and bathroom towels were thrown up there and weren’t neat. Needs a lot of updates. I guess you can’t beat the price though. Get what ya pay for.
Not at all like pictured at booking site. Its a dingy dirty building. Room was dated and bathroom door wouldnt close. Toliet dies not flush properly. The check in lady was very pleasant and helpful. Alll night noise in parking lot. People ralking loudly and motorcycle starting and stopping..Will not be staying here again.
The location was convenient and the staff exceeded my expectations. Overall, it was a good value. The location was obviously undergoing renovations and therefore some cosmetic and “normal wear & tear” issues were not 100% great. Overall, good value and great customer service. Kudos to your staff!❤️

For the price it was OK the property definitely needs some TLC
The front desk guy was super helpful, and had fresh coffee in the lobby. Win win for me. Got me into a room that fit my needs. Pointed me to where to eat. Great folks
Small out of the way property. There was construction/renovation going on. Outdated facility and the so called breakfast was paltry.

Shower and bed was fine. The room was so-so. Bathroom floor tile was cracked several times, bathroom door rubbed the floor heavily. The room seemed like it needed a deep clean (curtains, baseboards etc). Did not like how the hotel was hidden behind a strip center.
