Visibly dirty walls, light switches, carpet, bathtub, countertop, everything. It was old, ground-in dirt that tells me this place has been neglected for a long time. We checked in late so didn't have many options and got out of there as fast as we could the next morning, trying not to touch anything.

When we checked in Jasmine was present and she gave us a choice of floors. We went to our room with a Jacuzzi and did not like the smell as it is an older building so she switched me to another floor and it was a little better the place is clean and a little outdated but great for the price. No insects present! Check out is at 11 and I called and they gave me a late check out until 12 free and that was Kurt that helped me out! I think that the staff is great there. I stayed on a Friday night and it was quiet. keep in mind i was on the third floor on a Friday night and it was quiet. Also keep in mind that I was on a third floor. Great stay!

The location was great, but snow was not plowed around property, making it difficult to drive and it was icy. This was disappointing and made it dangerous to walk around property and drive. I had to put in 4 wheel drive to get in and out . I expected better from Choice hotels/Quality inn.

Will not Return.
The clerk at the front check in was rude. The room smelled terrible wet and musty. There were holes in the shower curtain and no tissues in the dispenser.

Look in the rearview mirror on this one
There was a door to a deck outside and there was a quarter inch gap between the door and the floor. The temperature outside was 9° degrees and blowing. I found a towel and block the draft. Both phones were completely non-functional. Every other channel on the TV did not work. The carpet in the floor was wet but didn’t stink.

The check-in process turned out to be awkward. The tv came on of its own volition at 3:00 am. (I had not ever turned it on and the remote was still across the room by the set. The toilet needed to be flushed several times to be effective, and the accommodations appeared to be a little shabby. Having, said all this, it was not an uncomfortable experience.

Unfortunately, when we entered our room, the two lights next to the bed didn’t work one of the other lights didn’t have a lightbulb. When we brought this to the desk, they said that there wasn’t anyone there for maintenance there continental breakfast had nothing in it with the exception of scrambled eggs that were glazed over and we were asked what room we were staying in before they allow us to go in for the breakfast? This should tell you about the outlying area around the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody unfortunately. There was still even hair in the shower.

Affordable date night getaway
I stayed a few days during the week and got a suite for a good rate, clean grounds, good breakfast and nice staff. Only minor complaint is pictures and description online implies the bed would be more comfortable and it was a thinner mattress but clean nice sheets so overall will stay again. Good location as well!

Substandard property, dirty and terrible maintenance in the building and hotel rooms. Door key would not open door, housekeeping came once. Desk clerk was in a rumpled t-shirt with a backwards ball cap on to check us in…. Really???!!!

The property has been allowed to run down. Furniture is shabby, dated, marked and damaged. Deferred maintenance is more than visible. The breakfast doesn’t compare with most other properties. Lacking in many items. The Quality Inn only is quality price wise. Well worth the difference in price to stay elsewhere.

Not good.
The woman who checked us in seemed very bored and never stood up. The bed was comfortable and the room basically clean. However, it needs a lot of TLC. Baseboards either dirty or in need of paint. Door trims chipped and need paint. Toilet paper holder falling apart. Will not stay there again.

Condition of room was really poor. First room they led us to had multiple light fixtures that did not work and a dehumidification bag hanging on one of them. The key cards for the room failed after first use; we had to go to the front desk to get our key cards reset everytime we wanted to enter the room
