Dear Denise, We are sorry that you didn't see that the description states that the cabana suite is cheaper for that exact reason or that the name of the unit explicitly states there is no AC. Additionally, there is the option of upgrading to a unit with AC upon arrival. Regarding our staff, we employ all local Belizeans, they are very commited and receive many positive reviews

Dear Omana, I am sorry that the water pressure caused your vacation to not be as perfect as expected. Unfortunately, the water pressure in all of San Pedro isn't very good. Regarding the beach, the seawall is there to protect the beach and the area is being rearranged. The 600ft-long virgin beach at Island Wonder is part of the resort's facilities, there are swings there, a BBQ grill, a fire pit, beach beds, and more. When you come back, please don't hesitate to enjoy your beach time to the fullest

Dear Blake, As the off-site manager, I was very surprised there were so many hiccups! I am truly sorry. Perhaps during our long covid closure, the staff got out of practice. Let us make it up to you and offer you a free of charge 2-night stay. Had we known of the problems, we would have changed your room. Better late than never with a beachfront view next time on us!

Dear Leslie, I'm sorry you had to find other accommodation. About you being charged, Royal Caribbean Resort wouldn't have charged a guest that didn't stay here. I'm not sure who did though, maybe Expedia charged your card.
