It was located near the subway line and many restaurants. within walking distance of Sanlitun area stores and night life,, Workers Stadium, night clubs are very close and within walking distance. The amenities within the apartment were sufficient for preparing breakfasts and small meals. Security to the facility was excellent and people in the facility and the locals around the facility were (as usual) very friendly and helpful. Much better than staying in a hotel.

Both this hotel and hotels.com should get 0 stars
Hotel property was gated. Security guards would not let us in even though we showed them our hotels.com confirmation number. We called the property phone number and nobody picked up. We ended up needing to go to another hotel and book another room at a premium rate. Called Hotels.com on the situation and to request a refund, but hotels.com refuesd to do so because they said the hotel refused to do so. Both Hotels.com and this hotel gets the lowest rating possible

Not for the newbie - Old China Hands only
I couldn't recommend this place to anyone who doesn't speak Chinese and/or doesn't know the neighbourhood. I lived in Beijing for years and still had trouble finding it - the map provided in the hotels.com app is inaccurate by about a city block, there are no signs whatsoever marking it out, and the area is not well-lit in the evening. It's a comfortable little room, with an oven and stove top for cooking - but the fact that it's hard to find and that you'll need a bit of Chinese just to find it and check in - makes it a no-go for most.

場所がわかりにくい
普通のマンションの一室なので、ホテルの看板がなく、初めての場合はフロントに行くのに苦労します。マンショの住民やゲートにいる管理人に聞く必要があるので中国語が出来ないと難しいです。 部屋は広く、綺麗ですがWi-Fiが上手く作動しませんでした。

You arrive in an apartment building. No sign telling you where is the hotel or the reception. Just one staff at the reception. The room is clean, but in need of renovation.

Non-English Apartment
I chose this location because it was close to a pick up/drop off point for a tour of the Great Wall. I would argue this is not a true hotel. It's more of an apartment and is actually located within an apartment complex. You will need a card to get through security. My taxi driver was confused about where to let me off so I had to be let out outside of the security gate and it took 4 Beijing natives to help me find my way. Eventually I waited at the security gate and had someone from the hotel come and get me and bring me back. The concierge DID NOT speak English. We used a lot of pictures and pointing to communicate about the room stay. Luckily it was only for 2 nights. The hotel room was large and appeared to be clean, although it was older and wifi was very, very poor. If you need to finish any work, I would not recommend relying on this location. It had some bright spots though: Shower was hot and bed was big!

As usual in China: difficulties with the personnel , no one spoke English and the hotel was downtown Beijing in the embassies neighborhood! Apartment beautiful, secured and clean. No channels in English but a DVD player.

the hotel is great if your looking for the apartment feel and need the ameniteis and your ok to get around town on your own and find your own cab etc. you will not have any hotel benefits at all. non help to get a cab, no maps, no english service, no breakfast, room service or any hotel support of that nature.

Bad smell inside the room, not clean. The map from hotel.com is totally wrong, I searched more than 1.5hours with hotel.com map, but finally found it out is located in another loction with the help from local police. This is not a hotal actually, should called it service apartment. price is not that value with this room. Staff are not friendly or helpful even I am speaking chinese with them.

Nothing for first stay
If this is your first stay in Beijing, then don't use this hotel. It is difficult to find (don't rely on google maps, it is 500m away from there in another side street). It is no hotel, that means, you cannot have breakfast. If you plan to stay longer it is a convenient serviced apartment, but make sure they give you a better room - in some a lot need to be repaired. The Seasons Park is a very nice living area and not too far away from subway station.

他の人のコメントにもあったが、やはり場所が分かりにくい。他のホテルから移ったので、事前に下見をしておくことができたが、それでもタクシーが同じアパートメントの別のエリアに行ってしまい、タクシーを降りた後、重いスーツケースを引きずりながら、一旦ゲートを出て目的の建物まで歩かなければならなかった。 部屋は全て揃っていて、使い勝ってはよい。１階に小さなコンビニ、ゲートを出た近くに輸入食品を揃えた比較的大きなスーパーがあり便利。

Nothing to recommend it.
We wanted a good price aparthotel in Beijing to keep costs down, and according to the advert on Expedia, this fitted our requirements. The taxi driver had trouble finding the aparthotel, as it is in the Seasons complex, but is actually called "The Cosmopolite". The hotel advertised a swimming pool, but it was in another clock and closed. There was also advertised a takeaway meal service in the hotel brochure in the room, but when we tried to order from it, we were told that was unavailable too. There were no restaurants nearby, only a MacDonalds two blocks away. The hotel staff were not helpful when we rang to ask about anything. The aparthotel was situated in a gated residential complex, and most of the apartments on our floor seemed owner-occupied. There was a shop on the complex, which stocked the essentials. The apartment had good quality fittings, but it was tired, and the bathroom looked particularly, with missing shelves and a poorly repaired counter top. The location was away from the better hotels, and the metro was two blocks away. The only saving grace to the location was that the metro to the airport was at the metro station, which meant we could get to the airport quickly without changing metro.

Expedia debe poner el nombre y dirección de este hotel en mandarín, en China muy poca gente habla inglés y los taxistas no saben adonde ir. Este hotel tiene un problema y es que los autos no pueden llegar dentro de la plazoleta que da a la recepción, lo cual hace muy difícil su acceso cuando uno viene con equipaje. En el hotel casi nadie habla inglés, ese es otro inconveniente.

Worth the price, room clean and spacious.
It is inside a residential compound. a bit difficult to find, but the room is clean and spacious.very centrally located.

This apartment hotel is very hard to find. We had the address in chinese, and even then the locals had a hard time to direct us to the hotel. It is an apartment hotel in the second row.

エクスペディアで表示されている地図と場所が違います。 無料のプールがあるということで水着を用意していきましたが、 実際には有料でフロントでいくらか聞くと知らないと言われました。 利用しませんでした。 バスタブがあるはずでしたがありませんでした。 エクスペディアは直ちにこの情報を修正すべきだと思います。 エクストラベッドを頼んでいましたが、 ちょっと広い出窓のような場所にマットをひかれて終わりでした。 洗濯機は壊れていて、言って言ってやっと翌日部屋を変えてもらいました。 壁がとても薄く就寝中真夜中に隣の部屋の大音響で目が覚めフロントに静かにするように頼んだり、最初に渡されたカードキーも使えなかったり、 不都合なことが続々起こって結局不満足でした。 最悪なのは洗濯機が壊れてると主張しても壊れてないと言い張るフロント係、 何を根拠に壊れてないと言えるのか、客がそう言ったら実際に確認してからそういうべきではないでしょうか。 部屋は広いのと駅から割りと近いだけです。

The hotel apartment is comfortable, reasonable (RMB590) pricing for a one bedroom apartment. However maintenance is required. There are similar services apartment in the same location at 20% lower pricing with WiFi Internet connection.

サイト上のホテル名と現地でのホテル名が違う！
現地でのホテル名が全く別物だったので、チェックインするのに非常に困った。赤ちゃん連れで深夜近くに北京に着いたのにタクシー運転手やその他の人たち（何人もの人に聞いてもらったが）も全く知らないホテル名。おまけに貴サイト上にはホテルの電話番号すら載ってなかったので連絡とりようもなく本当に困りました。

Seasons Park Apart Hotel Beijing、Cosmopolite Service Apartment、北京海晟国际公寓、北京海晟世纪酒店はすべて同一のホテルを指す。 場所はExpediaの表示とは異なり、地図サイトで「海晟国际公寓」东城区东直门外大街乙36号25座2单元を確認した方が良い。 建物南側からアクセスする場合は、东直门站C出口から东直门外大街を東進、新中路を右(南)、东城逸墅を過ぎた最初の角を左(東)、北京市第一幼儿园分园の先、鉄格子に囲まれたマンションが目的地。門にはホテルの表示が無く、警備員(英語不可)に説明し、敷地に入る。25座1单元の入口から建物に入り、エントランス右手の通路を進むと左手にフロント。 建物北側からアクセスする場合は、东直门站C出口から东直门外大街を東進、一つ先の春秀路バス停から右(南)の小道を入り、右手の鉄格子に囲まれたマンション(フロントのある25座の隣の建物)が26座で、警備員に中に入れて貰い、左に26座、右にテニスコートおよび「Cosmopolite ←26座 ↑25座」の表示に従い進み、右手の建物が25座。25座2单元の入口から入るにはセキュリティカードが必要で、01051660060へ電話して中から開けてもらうか、更に進んで25座1单元の入口から入る。 チェックイン時のdepositは500元。 912号室はレインシャワー(天井からお湯が出る)で、多方向にお湯が飛び散り、シャワーカーテンの外の床が濡れる。放っておくと台所まで流れ出し、気付かずに滑って手足を打撲した。自炊設備は整っているが洗濯機は無くクリーニングサービスを利用。TVは中国語の番組のみ視聴可能。LANケーブル有。隣の部屋911号室はホテルではなく一般住居。一般マンションの一室をホテルとして利用している。

海晟世紀酒店-有家的感覺
位於社區裡面，加上沒有明顯招牌，及社區門禁管制，對第一次check in 的住客而言，找起來非常麻煩。 但位置鬧中取靜，交通便利，社區整體環境清幽舒適，廚房設施完善，不像住飯店，倒像住家裡，很適合long stay.

Seasons Park International Apart Hotel
отель хороший, для семейных путешествий, но не было обещанного открытого бассейна, а закрытый бассейн стоит дороговато... в целом нам все понравилось!

Only reccomended if you speak Chinese
As another reviewer said, make absolute sure you have the location and directions written down in Chinese or make sure you have a phone and the phone number of the place with you. This is not really a hotel, but rather a large, modern apartment complex that rents out some of their units. The front desk is incredibly hard to find and is not well marked, and there is a 2 or 3 minute walk from the entrance of the compound to the lobby (if you know where you're going). If it's raining... make sure you have an umbrella, The customer service doesn't really exist - the folks at the front desk don't seem very concerned about doing anything other than specifically what you ask them to. I speak Chinese, so I had no communication issues, but if you can't get around in Chinese, I would find a full service hotel. As for the good things - the location is EXTREMELY close to the airport express subway, which is why I chose it. Less than 10 minute walk to the subway station (and that was with baggage). The rooms are quite clean and extremely modern. There are no English TV stations. As I said earlier, this is an apartment building, but it is a high end building and well kept. I saw a lot of ex-pats coming in and out. I didn't feel at all unsafe (though, there's really nowhere in Beijing I feel unsafe).

Ein Hotel mit vielen Namen
Das Hotel ist schwierig zu finden da es zwei weitere Namen hat und im Hinterhof liegt: "Link Apart Hotel" und "Cosmopolite Apart Hotel". Die Lage an sich ist super. Hotel ist noch recht neu und die Zimmer sind stylisch eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind mit einem franz. Bett ausgestattet. Mit Kind wird es eng. Die Klimalage bläst direkt aufs Bett --> Erkältung. Nützlich ist die Waschmaschine und Küchenzeile.

This apart/hotel is very conveniently located and the "rooms" are small, well designed apartments with washers, though no dryers. Just be aware that there is a security deposit upon arrival. The convenience store in the complex charges outrageous prices and one need only explore the neighborhood to get "Beijing" prices! If you go, get the directions in Chinese so that the cab driver knows where to go, it's located behind the main road and initially may be difficult to find!

Great Staff, helpful and very welcoming
Arriving in china can be chaotic and overwhelming, so to arrive at a Hotel that restores order makes checking in and getting information (of any kind) easy was a great relief. The staff were fantastic great English and more than happy to answer any questions and make recommendations. The Manager, in particular, runs a nice hotel and does not feel it beneath him to offer help with anything. The only complaint I have is the lack of air conditioning throughout the common areas, be prepared...However, considering energy costs and the size of the place I shouldn't complain, afterall, nothing worse than a icey lobby and a stuffy room and the air conditioning in the room was great. Highly recommend this hotel.
