Very surprised at the quality of this hotel based on price. Only drawback was it was far from starting point for Bangkok tours.

Business Trip

Only stayed one night as business meeting was close by. On check in the person did not appear very friendly. On entering the room it was very hot. Air conditioner was very noisy. On the 9th floor so view was ok. Lot of roadwork on the nearby main road - not the fault of the hotel however takes time in a cab. Breakfast very ordinary, however the price is good for a one night stay/

Nice full-service hotel in the Eastern Bangkok

I stayed at the Tara Garden for 17 nights, so I got a good feel for the comfort and quality of the hotel. If you need to spend time around the eastern side of BKK, this is a fairly good location. It’s located on Soi 164, just off busy Ramkhamhaeng Road. The area has a variety of restaurants, cafes, 7-11, and also a nearby 24-hour laundry facility, which is helpful for long stays. The hotel itself is nice. The property seems about 20 years old and although it probably hasn’t been updated much since the 90s it’s in relatively good and clean condition. The front desk staff was kind enough to upgrade my room to slightly better room, on the top floor, with a balcony. The rooms, by Western standards, are a bit spartan, but are plenty large, clean and comfortable. The room had a fridge, which was helpful in storing provisions from the nearby 7-11. The bathroom was relatively small and a tight fit for two people. We asked about a spare bed, blanket, and towels for our 4-year old and were advised the rollaway bed would be 400 Baht per day and spare blanket and towels would be 100 BHT per day. I can understand the extra bed fee, but I’ve never been charged for extra towels and blankets before. We just decided to all share the bed vs pay an extra 500 BHT for 17 nights. The hotel’s breakfast was included in my rate. It was a mostly Thai-style buffet, with fried rice, noodles, vegetables, etc. The most pleasant surprise was the pool area, which had evening live music. Overall a good stay.

Mostly caters to business groups from China

We stay here when visiting friends in Minburi (it's far from Central Bangkok.) As usual, we had no working hot water and spotty wifi. The two computers downstairs did not work. Breakfast is a choice of Asian or Western (cold eggs, sliced hot dogs and imitation orange juice.) But at night there is live music with tasty isaan style barbecue outdoors.

Far from the city and not convenient to anything.

Didn't realize this hotel was in such a remote area. Very far from the city. Reception couldn't find our reservation. Kept us at check in while they made calls. No one spoke well enough English to communicate with us. They finally allowed us to get into a room while they figured it out. Bathroom had a shower head attached to a hose and no shower curtain. I am 6'2" and couldn't stand up and shower. Had to squat in the bathtub and bend over to rinse off, which put water all over the bathroom floor. Sink and toilet very old. This is an average hotel for Asia, but no way a standard hotel for American standards. We ended up leaving the hotel and not staying there

HOTEL NOT ANY WAY NEAR TO BANGKOK CITY.

requested for a hotel near bangkok city at kao san road. ended in this hotel at the middle of no where. got my nike water botlle nicked by the staff. requested for cctv check and no help. staff couldnt speak proper english. spent more money on cabs getting to the city. i could have stayed in a five star hotel for the money i spent on cabs and other services. ended up booking another hotel in the city for a few days because i couldnt get back to the hotel as the cabs refused to take me there. no tea or coffee or water at the room. when asked told to buy from seven eleven. very horrible experience at this hotel.

Great value

This hotel is a bit far away from the city, but its a 7/11 and a few restaurantes very close, so it depends on what you need. I was surprised by the size and the comfort. My room was clean, I had a bathtub, TV in the room, big fridge, comfy bed and I was basically very happy. As the price suggest, its not a luxury place, but it's great value. I would recommend it for someone who's travelling on a budget.

Always nice here

Cheap, clean and outstanding service. Close to airport and everything you need in walking distance. You will get more then you pay for at this hotel.

Nice hotel but too far from the city

I thought the hotel room itself was nice, especially for the price. The lobby had free wifi. The staff had a little trouble speaking English when we checked in but the next morning there were English speaking staff available. My only problem was it is too far away from the city, which was my own fault for not realizing. It took us an hour in a taxi to get to the Grand Palace in Bangkok. If you want to stay closer to the airport though this hotel is great and I'd otherwise recommend it!

地點遠離市逼，交通設施擴建中

描述設施不符，只有一個小泳池，但說有十五個，健身室不是經常開放，每次都要叫人開。WiFi網速弱。地方設施有點破舊。交通不大方便，每次要用grab.

하룻밤 자기에 괜찮아요!

새벽 2-3시에 도착해서 잠만 자고 나갈거라 크게 기대하지 않았구요! 직원분들 재밌구~ 기본적으로 샴푸나 바디워시는 구비 되어있지 않았어요...! 주변에 콴리암 수상시장 있구요! 관광객들보다는 로컬들에게 유명한 곳인 것 같아요 :) 하룻밤 묵고 가기에 부족함은 없었네요~

地點好，但硬體有待加強。

Hotel.com未與飯店聯繫好，櫃檯人員核對資料聯繫花費了30分鐘，並且告知我們用低價訂了較高價的房。床架底板過大，致使經過十分容易碰撞受傷。光線晦暗，有十分的靈異感。提供吹風機，每日租金五十泰銖。早餐除了烤吐司，其它的都很難入口。同時使用冷氣.電熱水器.冰箱和電視機，竟然發生了跳電的情形，就在洗澡的時候，真是太尷尬了。地點很好，外面就有便利商店.藥局和小販，離Siam park city.Safari world.Kwan-Riam floating market.巧克力小鎮和Fashion island百貨公司都不遠。停車方便。

Unter die Einheimischen mischen

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und trinkt abends auch gern mal beim gemütlichen BBQ ein Bier mit den Gästen. Außerdem kann man gut in den nahegelegenen Straßenrestaurants essen.
