Property is not well maintained. Noisy air con does not seem to be serviced. Furious barking can be heard at 8.10am. Location is relatively near to main road and walkable to the BTS.

シャワーのお湯が出なかった。 アリが、壁とかベットとかにいるのが気になった。 スタッフは、どの人も親切で笑顔で接してくれた！ 荷物もチェックアウトしてから出かける間、受け取ってくれた。 部屋に日光が入らなかった。 外に洗濯機が1つあったのが助かった。 プロンポン駅から徒歩5分ぐらいで、途中での道に朝から夜まで屋台があって面白かった。 すぐ近くに大きめの日本料理屋があってちょっと安心した。

総合的には安いが次は利用しないと思う。 駅からは歩いて8分程度 しかし暑いのでもっと近いホテルにすれば良かったかな。と何回か後悔した 買い物して一旦荷物を置きに行く、などをしていると駅とホテルを何往復もする事になるので少し面倒に感じます。 ホテル周辺は特になにも無いので朝ごはんなどは駅前のセブンイレブンで購入して帰るのがオススメ（多少の飲食店はありますが朝は空いてない所も多いです） ホテルのアメニティは冷蔵庫、固形石鹸、マグカップ、粉タイプのコーヒーのみ 電子レンジは1階フロントの共用のみ ドライヤーがないので要持参 エアコンの効きが凄く悪くて終始暑かった たまにエアコンの機嫌が良い時は涼しかったが操作性がいまいち分からなかった。 お風呂トイレが同じ部屋になっている お風呂はシャワーのみ シャンプーやトリートメント、ボディーソープも要持参 シャワーの横に何か分からないピンクの液体石鹸はありたしたが、用途が分からないため使用せず。 バスタオルはありました。小さいタオルなどはありません。 あとティッシュもありません。トイレットペーパーが1ロールありました。 部屋の鍵がアナログで内側からドアノブに付いてるボタンを押して閉めるタイプでした。 閉まっているか確認したくても内側からはドアノブを回すと開いてしまうため、夜は不安でした。 部屋を出る時も同様に内側のボタンを押して閉めます。外側から鍵を回しても閉める事は出来ません。鍵は開けるためだけにあります。 ルームメイキングは外側のドアノブにタグをかけて出かけるだけです。 鍵は滞在中は自分でずっと持っとく事になります。 チェックイン時に鍵のデポジットとして100バーツ支払います（現金のみ）チェックアウト時に鍵と交換で100バーツが払い戻されます。 階段しかありません。狭めの螺旋階段です スーツケースなどの重たい大荷物を持参していたため少し大変でしたが、部屋が2階の階段横だったのでどーにか頑張れました。 7泊の予約で1万ちょいと安ったですが次は利用しないと思います。

Narrow stairs, fourth floor, heavy suitcase and Im not young anymore. Having got to the room, its smaller than a normal sized barhroom and the bed is broken, damaged springs, very uncomfortable. Floor is dirty and sink waste water drains through the showershower dloor

Soi 30 is in between phrom pong and thong lor mrt, so it is not exactly 100% convenient. However this means one can explore the 2 neighbourhoods. Phrong phom has got 2 very nice malls either side of the mrt. Thong lor has got a few japanese eateries .

The floor is incredibly dirty. Upon inspection of shelves in the bedroom, there was plenty of dust on higher shelves. Bathroom drain is on the opposite end of the shower and the floor is tilted in such a way that the water cannot drain properly. This meant that if we showered at night, the next morning the floor was still covered in water and we'd have to step on puddles if we wanted to brush our teeth or wash our hands. Beds themselves were fine and clean. We had zero room cleaning during the whole time we were there. We had to ask the front desk for additional toilet paper and for new towels. I'm used to staying at cheap hotels as I've traveled to Thailand several times, but this, unfortunately, did not align with my past experience with hotels at this price.

You get what you pay for.
It's in a great location, the beds are adequately comfortable, the wifi is decent, and it's a very cheap room. Our room had a slow drain in the bathroom, but wouldn't be a problem on 2nd floor. Some staff is polite and friendly, some others are not. The rooms aren't adequately maintained, but they are cleaned. For this price my expectations weren't high, but I think next time I'll pay more and get a better place.

Cheaper to booking from application.
It is an ok hotel. But I saved 500 bath for two nights by use hotels.com application. But I am not sure you get the size or standar to the room as you booked in application since you pay so much less compares to the hotels own pricing. Quiet area..and that is good. When I looked out the windows from my room in first floor, I only see concrete walls from next buildings.

this motel is okay. I mean okay as in, it is okay to live but don't expect much. No lift, which is okay for me since I only backpack into it. I don't really have comment about it since it has like nothing. only a room, a bed and a bathroom, thats all.

汚い、前の客のパンツが干してある。Wi-Fiが繋がらない。お湯がぬるい温度(ほぼ水)しか出ない。ドライクリーニングありと書いてあるが、受付の人に聞いても「わからない、明日清掃スタッフに確認する」との対応。近くにランドリーがあるか聞いても「ここらへんのことは詳しくないからわからない」と言われた。ドライヤーもなし。スクンビットの通りからホテルまでの道も薄暗く、恐かった。 3泊取っていたが、すぐに翌日別なホテルに変えた。

Nothing good
We stayed 4 nights. The first day, our room was not cleaned. So, we had to ask for towels, toilet rolls, drinking water, etc. We requested microwave in our room, but it wasn't ready. After we requested again, it never came. Everyday, we had to get towels from pantry room by ourselves. Also, it was difficult to take a hot shower. That day was very cold like 16℃, so my son was freezing. I don't recommend this hotel at all.

Dear Anonymous The water bottles,toilet rolls,coffee sachet and towels are provided once per day by the housekeeping free of charge when they come for cleaning.We cannot provide more of these items free and no hotel will do it.We cannot give more than quota if you dirty or finish them.We have geysers in every room and so there should not have been any problem.As it is not an Apartment we cannot provide microwave and we believe none of the economy hotels will provide it. HORRIBLE DO NOT STAY HERE
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!! the door nob to our room broke off, the gentleman wanted to put us in two separate rooms, and wifi was horrible. The location did not look safe at all there was no movement in this Motel and the gentleman stated that there will be no one in the front desk after midnight, however the front door will remain open which was definitely not good. To top it off gentleman refused to refund us the one night stay so we still decide to leave and go somewhere else..

この価格帯のホテルに泊まり慣れている者の意見ですが、設備、立地、景観等の面から言って、この価格でこのサービスは「やや高い」印象です。 テレビは電源を入れてから1分くらい待つとつきます。あと、ブースターの電源も入れないといけません。 これに気が付かずに「壊れている」と思う客もいると思いますが、まあそう思うのが当たり前ですね笑 ブースターが付いてる割に3チャンネルしか映りませんし、初めから期待しないほうが良いでしょう。 部屋自体は「やや不満足」ですが、「最悪」だったのが、じとっとした感じでこちらの事をやたらと詮索してくるインド系の受付スタッフです。 私はタイで働いておりきちんとしたビザを持っており、それはパスポートをちょっと見れば分かることですし、そもそもチェックイン時にそんな事を詮索されたことはかつて一度も無いのですが、このスタッフは執拗にチェックしてきました。 終始じとっとした疑り深い視線を向けながら、空港のイミグレ並み、いやイミグレ以上にしつこく質問してきました。 また、現地の恋人（日系企業に勤めるどこからどう見てもまっとうな女性）と一緒にチェックインしたのですが、部屋に入ろうとした時に彼女を呼び止め、「泊まりか？前にもここに泊まったことがあるか？」と妙な、私の解釈が正しければ失礼極まりない質問をするのです。 あまりに不気味だったので、部屋に入ってからもこのスタッフが聞き耳を立てているのではないか、隠しカメラ等が設置してあるのではないかという感じがして落ち着きませんでした。 チェックアウト時にも呼び止められて「冷蔵庫のビールを飲んだか？」とか訊いてきました。 ちなみに冷蔵庫には最初からビールなんて入ってませんでした。 幸い（？）信じてくれましたが、とにかく気分が悪かったです。 二度と泊まりたくありません。
