Ms. Eek upgraded our room to 58th floor and Ms. Oum were very nice and friendly assisting us with top skills services. Ms. Oum (hotel guess relations officer) surprised us with chef homemade chocolate and macarons set for our Songkran Thai New Year upon our arrival. I always stayed at the hotel for the past few years now. All staffs were super friendly and top service skills. Loved the services, amazing breakfast options, pool and all the rooftop atmosphere was beyond amazing. The only thing I would say though this time stayed. It was a lot of pigeons in the buffet, food, and the pool areas. It was a little gross out due to pigeons in the dining area. We chose to sat inside this time due to prior pigeons experience outdoor. Also we stayed in the Suite 2 bedrooms on the 58th floor. I would say the laundry and dryer machines needed upgrades. Those were the couple things I would say improvement. Other than that I will always visit Lebua as our Bangkok hotel visit as our priority as well as vip guess.

I stayed at this property for two nights, and it was amazing! The hotel itself is gorgeous and pretty big. The staff are very friendly and helpful also. The only thing that could have been better was the bed, it was just too firm for me. Overall, I would definitely come back here!

Despite the generally excellent staff service, this hotel is in dire need of renovation and renewal. A lot of the furnishings, wall, carpets are badly worn and the hot water is unreliable. Nevertheless for what was charged I think this hotel is reasonably good.

My only complaint was there was a long wait to get the elevators to the high floor rooms in the evenings when the high-end restaurants on FL64 were open. Once we waited 15min for a free elevator. Recommend they have a dedicated guest elevator.

lebua staff were gracious and accommodating, including welcoming us early due to our morning flight, and especially when we had to add a guest for one night despite this not being allowed in our room type. The hotel has a variety of amenities, including its famous rooftop bars and a fabulous breakfast room by the swimming pool. The neighborhood is active and has many small restaurants and street vendors - it's not upscale, though, so there's a definite street level difference between the hotel lobby and the outside world, but this is typical of much of Bangkok. Access to the river ferries is reasonably close, but not many subway lines serve the hotel. Taxi or ride hail services, or walking, are better options. It's an easy walk to the creative district to the north, and along Silom Road to Mahanakhon tower to the east. The hotel is a pleasant respite from the energy of the city.

1. The check in take too long. 2. Room is quite old considered 5 stars hotel. 3. Pillows are smelly. Need to ask for replacement. CNnot believed this from 5 stars. 4. Hotel smell damp especially whe you walk out side to the condominium part, drain small gone through Air Con, smell bad. 5. Carpet on our floor smell damp. I dont think it shkuld be rated 5 staes. 4 stars or 3.5 stars will be appropriate.

The property is old and run down. We booked a none smoking room but received an old smoking room (but bigger) than our original. I was okay at first but after staying there for few hours, we noticed the strong smell of body odor from the last customer. Also the clean robe has a smell of the body odor. They didn’t wash it? The rooftop is beautiful and a must visit.

The service was excellent from the moment we arrived. The check in was fast and efficient, we were made to feel very welcome. The room was large and well appointed, however very dated. None of the furniture was broken or badly worn, just dated. The room didn’t feel like it belonged in a 5 star hotel. Overdue for a refurbishment. However plenty of room for storage. We had a kitchenette, but we didn’t use it. Though it looked good enough to make a small meal. Small cooktop and microwave. Nice size fridge, plenty of room for snacks and drinks. Also had a coffee maker with Nespresso capsules. The bed was very comfortable along with the pillows. The bathroom was large, great shower with good pressure and continuous hot water. The body wash and shampoo was excellent, great product chosen there. We had a balcony with great views of the river. The area around the hotel was full of shops and restaurants. The IconSiam shopping centre is across the river, close enough to walk. Very close to transport like the river taxis and Saphan Taksin train to easily get around Bangkok. Overall we would recommend staying here.

The facilities at Lebua are very nice. One problem I had was with the general manager whom seemingly didn’t want private taxis to pick up customers, only metered taxis, which caused an issue when I had to wait for 30 minutes to get a metered taxi when there were private taxis available on-site looking for customers. The GM made the staff call a taxi service and nearly caused me to miss my flight. I think the policy to not allow private taxis to pick up customers is a problem that needs addressing. I’ve never witnessed such ignorance. All other hotels allow private taxis. What’s wrong with Lebua??

This is an absolutely fabulous hotel. Whenever we are in Bangkok, this is our home away from home. They have the best staff with the best service...nothing is ever too much trouble. The views are incredible and the buffet breakfast is sensational. Rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are lovely. The only thing for me are that beds are a bit hard, but it does not keep me from staying here at all. We look forward to being back at the end of the month. This is a weird property to review. There are some amazing aspects. View, staff, restaurants, decor in main areas. But then there are big lows. Furniture in room, bad A/C and insulation in room, crazy prices for food and beverage, bad elevators, room keys. Honestly this place could be a solid 5 star if they renovated. The price point works for what you get but they advertise like it would be more, if that makes sense. The room rate is low for a property that you would expect more from but they get you with the charges on property. At the same time I had a pleasant stay because the staff is so great. Again a hard property to rate because of the ups and downs. This is a 4 star place overall
