As the name implies, this hotel offers little beyond a bed. While all of the traditional amenities were fine, the room was clean (by Bangkok standards), with only a little bit of mold in the corner of the shower, the staff was friendly when communication was achieved, and the building itself was in fine condition.
I did, however, find myself longing to have a window in my room. The architecture of the building had a window in the bathroom, but this was blacked out, presumably for privacy. The water pressure in the bathroom was hit or miss, or rather hit then miss, as it fluctuated greatly every fifteen seconds or so. The water heater in the shower was not great, until the water pressure dropped and a bit then it got really hot and when the water pressure returned gave you an extremely hot moment followed by another few seconds of tepid dribbles. When combined the shower was warm. The biggest flaw in the hotel was the internet speeds, it was as though I had returned to using AOL in 1998. If the shower and internet don't concern you, the spot is good for the money, but if you are here on business and need to send emails, or VOIP, or just want to scroll facebook I must withdraw my endorsement.
